 + 0 moreRandy was responsive, prompt, and very knowledgable. He made suggestions for how this small job could be finished in our short timeframe and we were able to work together to meet our deadline. There were some worn and soiled spots on the floor that I wasn't sure would look good but my intent was to protect the flooring that was there and prolong its life. When Randy was done the floor looked great! He had made a few recommendations for things I could do to the floor before he started work to help the finished floor look as good as possible and he was spot on with his recommendations. I had previously used Floor Sanding, Inc. and this experience was even better than my previous experience! I will go back to them for my wood flooring needs in the future.
