Eternal Trendz Customs

On June 10th I went to Eternal Trendz and scheduled to have to have tent installed and paid the $50.00 deposit of the $212.00. I asked for tent on front, back, and rear windows of my vehicle. I dropped my car off at 8am on Saturday morning and my car was ready about 1:30pm. I picked my vehicle up only to find solution stains running down the inside and outside of my vehicle. They did not wash or wipe the vehicle clean. I informed the general manager and he had them wipe down the outside of my vehicle with a rag. He said, Did I mention that we were really busy today? He told me to bring the car back on Monday for them to fix any minor issues. I asked, if 7pm was too late and Jay said, "no". I returned on Monday around 7pm and showed him several scratches all over the front, back, and rear windows from the tool (smoother) the technician used. Jay informed me that it was too late in the evening for them to do anything; we agreed that I would return on Friday, June 20th at 9am. Jay told me that they would need to keep my vehicle at least 6 hours (3-4 hours to remove the damaged tent and to install the new tent would be about 2 hours). I attempted to drop the car of at 9am Friday morning, when Jay asked me if I had the receipt showing that I was supposed to pay $212.00. and because it is my warranty paperwork. I explained to him that I didn't have it with me. He said that they would not fix the initial tent installation without the receipt. He said that he gave me a 20% discount and he needed to have it before they could do the work. I asked, why do I need warranty paperwork when you told me to come back in two days to have the tent installation checked and for your to fix any issues. I told him that I was really confused (more like p*****) at this point. He said that's the way it is and that there was nothing he could do without the receipt. I went home, found the receipt, and went back around 10 am. I got a call from Jay around 6:45 pm stating that they did not have tent percentage I requested and that they were going to put 15% on the front and back windows and 20% on the rear and that my car would be ready by 7:30. They had my car from 10am to 7:30-8pm; and through the tent on around 6:45 pm. Mind you, they close at 8 or 9pm. Once again solution everywhere and bubbles and scratches. He told me to come back that Sunday and they would fix the issues and wash my car. I went back on Sunday and he told me that they fired their tent guy and for me to come back. We agreed for me to come back that following Friday morning. I went back and after much deliberation...I requested a refund and asked to speak with the owner. Jay told me that he could not give me a refund and that the owner was busy doing tent jobs and for me to speak with him (Jay) about my issues because he's the GM and that's his job. I told him that I was done talking to him (because he hadn't resolved my issues in almost a month) and I wanted to let the owner know about what was going on. He went in the back and came back out to me and said that the owner had left due to an emergency with his wife and for me to email him. Although I saw his white Porsche parked outside when I was leaving. Needless to say, I had to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the tent removed and done correctly (for almost $400.00). Most expensive and time consuming tent job ever at Eternal Trendz. Spare yourself and don't ever take your vehicle there.
