Description of Work: I did not actually use EJM Hardscaping. To date I have only contacted them for an estimate. However, both gentleman were very knowledgeable and helpful. They offered suggestions and provided good follow-up to answers/concerns that I had. *

Description of Work: I had a cobblestone patio and walkway on the the rear of my villa. It came out beautiful. I was completely satisfied with the project. Mr. Martinez was on site the whole time his workers cleared, stoned, sanded and leveled the site. Mr. Martinez himself laid all the cobblestone while is workers cut the stone. I was on site most of the time and reviewed the progress at stages. My patio and walkway are beautiful.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job. They were on time, quote was right on the money, and did a lot of work and didn't charge me extra.
Description of Work: They put in a new walkway off my patio. They took off old mulch out of my flower beds and also they laid new top soil and mulch down.

+ -1 moreThomas was the salesperson and Mr. Martinez is the project manager and is there throughout the installation. Thomas was great. He explained all the different pavers, helped me design the patio and gave me a terrific estimate for price and for the work to be completed. He offered different payment plans and very convenient start times and completion dates. On install date, Mr. Martinez arrived with his workers and measured everything to the plan and supervised his workers as they dug out the area, stoned, sanded and readied the area for the pavers in 1 day and came back the very next day. Mr. Martinez placed the initial pavers and pattern and his workers assisted him in the entire installation of the pavers in the proper pattern. Mr. Martinez supervised the landscaping around the patio and the planting of the plants picked for the border landscaping. My patio was 12 x 16 and I chose cobblestone pavers. I am throughly satisfied with this company and would recommend them highly. The company presented itself professional, was timely, efficient and cleaned up after the completion of each days work. The company does patios, driveways, retaining walls, sod, mulching and plantings. They may be expanding to including fencing. You can reach Thomas @ 240-752-3846 and Mr. Martinez @ 301-343-8852.
