 + -1 moreDo yourself a huge favor and go with another company. One that is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I can't speak for all of their Realtors, but specifically Kris Zaccarelli, Stephen Nichols and most importantly the broker Don DeHanas lack all of the above and will NOT represent you in any way. I've purchased and sold many times and this was by far the worst experience. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Save yourself a lot of stress, heartache and money and stay away from DeHanas Real Estate Services. Seriously....run, don't walk.
