I would say that service was pretty good but the final product looks awesome! We get complements frequently about the look, size, and placement of the deck. I am certain Clinton Fences will get good business from our deck alone. I gave them a low score for punctuality not because they didn't show up on time for the work (they were on time for sure). However, the start date was probably 5 weeks off and then the completion process was kind of hairy. Sorry but it was. If you need a deck in a hurry you'll be in trouble, but if you can wait until their scheduling gets open then you'll have a masterpiece.

They were highly recommended by a friend, which is why I chose them. They came to my house to look at my deck; he took the measurements and did an assessment of the situation. The gentleman told me he would talk to his team and get back to me. I never heard back from them again. I would I totally understand if they could not do the job; a call back would have been nice.

I had a great experience with clinton fence. Of the 3 companies I contacted they were the only ones to get back to me in a timely manner. I got a call just a few hours after submitting an online inquiry. I had a sales person at my door 2 days later. The price was definitely a pleasant surprise. I had expected it to be much higher but they were having an off season sale. George, the sales person, gave me all the paperwork needed to get approval from my HOA. After getting approval they sent a crew out less than 2 weeks later. I have to work during the day and was concerned about not being there. But the crew knew what I wanted and did a great job of providing it. The fence turned out beautifully with no more effort from me than handing over a plot of my property and a credit card number. I am very satisfied with the results. This was much less painful than I thought it would be. I will definitely call clinton for my next project.

We priced other fencing contractors doing the same project. Others were less expensive for the same type materials and completion time.

It was excellent. They were very respectful when they came on my property. I had no problems with the work that they had done. Everything was outstanding. I spent around $13000 to $14000 on their services. I would absolutely recommend them.

The old deck was torn down and a 10 ft x 18 ft. vinyl railing composite deck installed. |I should have gotten the regrading of area under deck, the replacement of gravel, and the replacement of drains attached to my downspout placed in the contract because those items were not replaced following the work. |I felt very reassured because Prince George's County officials inspected the work during and after completion of the deck, Clinton.

It went terrible. The salesman did not identify the actual problem and his solution made the gate look worse. It still slopes and the botton looks like it was a hack job. They replaced several boards and I now have a gate with mismatched boards. They are not prompt in returning phone calls and they don't seem to care about working with customer to correct problem.

When Chuck came to my home to try to sell me a fence, he was well aware of the urgency and the necessity of my fence going up at a particular time There were several issues involved in why it had to go up; safety, privacy and coordination with the hot tub delivery. He assured me that January 3 would be the date that they would be there and he understood that that date was integral for everything else running smoothly, so I signed the contract. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! The contract is very deceptive. Read the back of it because Chuck did not tell me that they could delay the installation for however long they saw fit. If you need your fence by a specific date, either write it in the contract or cross out the barely legible and quot;DELAYand quot; clause on the back. I did not see the back of the contract and it was very faded print. Chuck told me nothing about the possible delays. I had to take Clinton Fence to court to try to get my $500 deposit back. They lied in court but the judge ruled that they had to pay up and stated that she felt their contract was shady. and quot;Shadyand quot; is not a direct quote but the gist of what I feel she was saying. They are a company that wants to make money without doing the work. In my book I call those types of people SHYSTERS!!!! So I had to go with another company who was Johnny on the spot in putting my fence in and it all worked out. That company was not deceptive, nor did they try to cheat me out of money like Clinton Fence Company did. It was only a simple 21' fence. It took the other company half a day to install it. So, no, I can't comment on the quality of their work, but I sure as heck wouldn't want to ever do business with them!

The salesman was punctual. The crew that did the work was very professional. The work was exemplary. However, the communication within the office personnel lacked lustre. They just finished the work.

Their quote was competitive. The sales person was very cordial and personable. He was just like an old buddy and we felt very comfortable with him.

They never came out after I made an appointment and called to confirm the appointment.

I went through a selection process for repair to my front porch andI had a verbal proposal from George at Clinton Fence. After about 4 weeks I called George, told him I had selected Clinton Fence, gave him my credit card info and was told to expect a written proposal in the mail and a charge on my credit card for a third of the price. That was the last I heard. I've called back several times and have left messages. I suppose no answer is an answer, however, if they didn't want to do the work at least he could have let me know instead of wasting my time.

I called Clinton Fence to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Chuck a representative from company came by at the scheduled appointment. He gave me a reasonable price. This was the best price out of two other previous estimates. The installer called a day ahead of time to confirm that they were coming the next day. The installers did a great job removing the old fence and putting in the post. The next day the rest of the fencing was installed. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Clinton Fence Company.

I didn't use this company, because their pricing was way out of line when compared with others I contacted.

George was prompt and professional in giving me an estimate for my fence. The installers did an excellent job installing my fence even though I had made some changes after work began. They were professional and courteous and did everything I asked. I would highly recommend Clinton Fence and will use them again in the future.

The company was very professional. We received an estimated time frame and were very happy that the company completed the task within the time frame stated. I would recommend this company. The price was reasonable based on other estimates we received.

the over all price is great and the crew is quick and courteous. They finished the fence in 2 days as promised. I didn't even have to deal with the people working they just went in and did the job and they were excellent I paid 10% up front and paid the rest when they finished.

They were great; there was nothing bad about them. When they came and did an estimate they told us what they would do; then they came out, did the project and we did not have to be home or anything. I will use them again in the future.

My insurance company had them come out to replace my fence that had blown over due to a strong storm. I asked them to let me know when they were coming so someone could be at the house. I got home from work one day and they had put a fence around my entire yard without a gate. I asked them to come back out and install a gate. They waited several months and finally came back out to install the gate. However, the gate was not installed properly and sits approximately 3 feet off the ground on one side. It will not stay shut and opens up all the way to the street. I've called them several times and they have come out to try to stop the gate from opening into the street, but have not leveled the gate to keep it from opening.

Very professional. When there was a minor miscommunication(on my part); it was addressed immediately to my satisfication. Prompt and quality work, I would hire Clinton Fence again without hesitation.
