It was very good. They did a good job for us.

The did absolutely excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The owner was very nice. She took her time. She helped me pick out colors. She has a great personality and the crew she sent out was just fantastic. The crew was very efficient. They worked very hard. They had a big job and they finished it in just a few days and they did an excellent job.

The gentleman did a fantastic job. My walls needed quite a few repairs...cracks, nail holes etc. The guys repaired the walls, painted, and cleaned up. Very nice work. It took them a day and a half, just as anticipated.

On the last day, they started rushing. They were supposed to come out and do the final touch ups and they didn’t do a great job with that. The project manager who was supposed to stay on site didn’t stay on site. I called and complained about that and it never got resolved. I ran into issues with them with painting the wrong colors in different places even though it was written on the walls by the owner of the company. The owner of the company came and took the swatches and all they had to do was paint by numbers and they couldn’t do that. They were here for 5 days. There was a bit of language barrier and mother doesn’t speak Spanish. I wasn't happy with them.

Two gentleman arrived on time to perform the work. We discussed what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. They were very thorough, neat and got done within 10 minutes of the planned completed time. They did a fabulous job! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a good painter. I just wish the price was a little less expensive.

It was excellent work. They did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they would do it. They cleaned up and they were gone. The price was inline with what they did.

The three painters showed up slightly late due to traffic but had called and let me know they were on the Beltway. They started to work immediately, preparing the walls and trip for paint and worked hard all day. They finished in the late afternoon, all of the work was excellent and I believe very fairly priced. We were very happy with the work and plan to have them back to paint the first floor soon.

The owner of the company came out to give me an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and offered some good suggestions concerning paint colors and the type of paint, flat versus satin. She is very receptive to any questions or concerns. I had previously used this company 2 years ago to paint the exterior of my house and couldn't be happier with the results. There is a 2 year guarantee on the exterior paint that includes repairs or repainting if necessary. They will send someone out to check if you call. CertaPro arrived on time with a crew of three men. They did all the prep work and painted the entire 1st floor to include a 2 story foyer, walls, baseboards, window sills and doors. The price included fixing some nail pops in the ceiling that had previously been repaired by another company. They also fixed some drywall that had been damaged when I had my foyer railings replaced. They were very careful and made sure that everything was covered. CertaPro did not have the exact color that I wanted, so they had me give them a paint chip and they took it to Sherwin Williams to be matched..It was exactly right and I was very pleased with the quality of the paint. They were able to complete the job in one 10 hour day. They paid attention to every detail and were very pleasant. They did a great job of cleaning up and moved all the furniture back in place. For the amount of work that was done,and the quality, I feel the price was extremely reasonable.

I emailed for an estimate and contacted the next day. I wasn't able to get an appointment for two weeks, but that was only because of my schedule, not CertaPro. Paula arrived the day of the appointment right on time. This was after a confirmation call to make sure that the time was still convenient for me. I showed her the rooms I wanted done and she suggested colors for each room. She also explained that I may want an accent wall in the master bedroom because of the vaulted ceilings. I thought all her color suggestions would be great and as we walked through the house, she continued to look at areas and tell me "we'll fix that too". I loved it. She gave me an estimate for $2300 for the work described above and did an add on to the estimate for the ceilings in my home to be done as well since I told her I was not sure if I was able to do those right away. I decided to go with CertaPro because of price and their Angie's list ratings. And I glad I did. I called to make an appointment and they were ready to come the next week. I had to ask them to wait until a week later. The day before the appointment, Paula called and left me a message with the time they would be there, the name of the person in charge that was coming (Juan) and let me know that she would be in the office by 7:30 am the day of if I had any questions or concerns. Juan and his partner showed up and got right to work. Juan walked through the house to make sure that everything he planned was correct. They worked non-stop and asked if they could come even earlier the next day. They finished the master bedroom, the hallway and stairs as well as patched up the closet and master bath. They arrived the next day and jumped right back to work. These guys just kept going. When it got close to 4:30 and there was still all the trim and doors to do, Juan asked if I preferred them to finish tonight or come back in the morning. I really appreciated he not only gave me the option, but didn't try to sway me to a decision that would be easier for him. I asked them to stay and finish this evening. All I can say now that it's done is what an amazing job they did. The rooms look incredible, all of my furniture is back in its exact spot they found it and they cleaned up every mess they had made. I should also state that I had new carpet installed the week before and I was a little nervous about getting paint on it. I never should have worried. These two gentlemen made sure everything in my home was protected and there isn't a bit of paint where it shouldn't be. I would definitely refer CertaPro to all of my friends.

Their employees arrived earlier than expected, however, began work in my absence. Their employees did an excellent job painting and cleaned up well after they finished. I am very pleased with the finished product.

What stood out was the fact that they had to come back and redo what they did not do well. I would not recommend them.

Paula was able to give me a prompt estimate. Once the weather warmed up, an appointment was set up, and the painters were prompt, polite, professional and efficient. They cleaned up each day. After they left, I discovered a mistake. They promptly returned and corrected it.

He seemed to be a nice guy. I did get other quotes but they were not as responsive. He would at least call and let me know he was running late and had to reschedule. But he did show up at the time he said he would show up. They use a lot of sub-contractor painters who are from Central America and they have a different concept of time. So far his professionalism has been 100%.

I sent an email request on Aug. 3rd and never received a phone or email response.

Work on time, work progress very good, quality good

We had a little problem with putting the storm windows back on the picture window properly. There was only one clip holding it back on and we didn’t know what happened to the other clips. They came back and fixed it so it was okay.

GOOD EXCEPT MAYBE NOT TOO GOOD A JOB ON CAULKING WINDOWS

I?ve received a couple of compliments from my neighbors on the new paint. However, I think the crew could have provided me with better guidance regarding decisions with the paint. They did hang cabinets in my laundry room, and I really appreciated the extra effort. Also, I think price they charged was very reasonable.

Overall, everything turned out ok. The crew arrived over three hours late, and I feel that I was given run around and lot excuses while I sat there waiting on them. Their work was satisfactory, but not impressive.

They did a great job for us. I thought they were very thorough, and I really like how well they cleaned up after themselves and the end of each day. Overall, the workers were very professional and courteous. I would recommend CertaPro to others.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with them! They arrive promptly, and I think they are very easy to work with. Everything has gone smoothly.

I had some specialized work done. I would not totally recommend them because the supervisor of the team that came over was here for half a day and then disappeared. He did not come back until the work was finished. I had them come back because the work that I had requested wasn't the way I wanted it. I had some issues. I had some lines drawn around my room and they kind of bled. So, I had them come back and re-do it. I have not used them since then. They have sent me an offer but I am not sure if I would take it. I would probably talk to them first. The person who came over and gave me an estimate was very helpful but he would not be the one that would do the work. The painters did the work. But, I told him about it. I expected the supervisor to come back and look to make sure that everything was done right. But, he left and did some personal work. I was not satisfied with the work. I thought that their price was high. They were better in terms of their responsiveness. They came back and they did not charge me for the work that they re-did. They were good at their punctuality. They started and finished the work on time. I would use them again in the future but would make sure that they assigned a good team.

This is the first time I've ever paid someone else to paint my house. I've done all the rest of the painting myself and am pretty exacting. I've usually done faux finishes: stripes, suede, sponge painting etc and I'm really demanding about neat trim etc, so I was a bit nervous about this whole proposition. But it all worked out really well. The owner (Paula) came and had a little handheld computer type device and did the estimate right on the spot. It was nice to not have to wait several days like I did for the other estimates. CertaPro actually use subcontractors and the team who came to my house was all from Latin America. The lead (owner) of the subcontracting team, Noe, spoke very good English so communication was no problem at all for the most part. There was an instance when one of the guys painted a rope trim in blue that I wanted in brown. But, luckily, I was there and saw before he got it all up on the wall. He took down the one piece and fixed it right away. It seemed like a virtual ARMY arrived the first day. I think there were five guys doing prep and trim the first day. The second and third days, there were only three guys. The team was very, VERY neat. In fact, I was astonished when Paula told me that I should have the carpet laid BEFORE the painting team came in because the carpet was more likely to scuff the walls than her guys were to spill. My husband & I went back & forth and ended up doing it her way and she was right. I found one tiny drop of beige paint on the beige carpet and just snipped it off. I stayed home from work the last day and would recommend that to anyone having a job done like this. There are only a couple of tiny touch ups that they're coming back for because we communicated and got it all perfect before the team left my house. I received estimates ranging from $1,900 to $5,500 for this job. CertaPro was the second most affordable and I can't imagine that any of the other, more expensive, painters would have left me any more satisfied. I want to add that, if you look at my reviews, it might seem that I'm a pushover or something because all of my grades (so far) are "A." Nothing could be further from the truth. I'm actually pretty much a Type A person and a control freak. I want things the way I want them ... I want them to be done RIGHT. I just have done a lot of research before I've chosen the contracters I've used and have been happy with their work.

I used them because their quote seemed reasonable and I felt good about it. They arrived when they said they would, they did a good job, they cleaned up when they were done, and they were good about communicating with us. It was a little startling, though, when they showed up at 9am on Saturday morning because we weren?t expecting them.

Painters arrived on time, Very professional and detail oriented. They did on excellent job. However, they are costly.
