Description of Work: CertaPro came out and did some test painting for the condo association of our historic building. They were the only bidders to thoroughly assess lead paint risks and remediation, and their bid was quite competitive.

Description of Work: I truly enjoyed doing business with Mr. Jim Perry and his staff. They were so professional, came prepared with paint samples, answered all my questions and concerns and did such a beautiful job that I have contacted them to do additional work that I had not planned to do at this time. Description of Work: I wasn’t 100% satisfied with their initial work. It seems that they were rushed in trying to complete the job, and because of this there were major areas that they missed. I felt that I had to be diligent about keeping them on track and making sure everything was completed. Because of this, it’s not likely I will hire them again. CertaPro may be a good company; my issues were mainly with the crew sent to my home.

+ -1 moreCrew showed up on time and got right to work. The foreman walked around the house with me and went over all details and requests. He noted where flowers were planted (not yet sprouted) and then went and briefed his crew. The total job took approx 8 hours. They worked through lunch. Clean up was wonderful. They even washed the windows after taking the plastic sheeting off. I was so impressed by their work, I tipped the crew $100.
Description of Work: Entire exterior of house was painted, including trim, foundation, siding.

+ -1 moreInitial meeting was fantastic as Jim went through all the legal aspects (workers comp, insurance, etc.) and worked with us the chose colors as well as the type of paint (eggshell, enamel, etc.). We chose sample colors and Jim ordered (no extra charge) and we picked them up at the store nearby. His crew showed up not only on time, but early. Did exactly as described in the intial meeting--moved heavy furniture covered up all exposed areas. The guys were polite and worked steady. They did a fantastic job except for a couple of issues; however, Jim contacted us, we reported and they were back out to correct the next day. Jim and his crew are great and I would highly and I mean highly recommend him to anyone!!!!!
