Barnett & Sons Heating and Air Conditioning

I was referred to this company by my landlord. I wouldn't recommend this company to a corpse. Very unprofessional, pressured me to have him look at my a/C, took stuff apart and never return. When I did rea h this company, because my family and I just moved things to our living room, they threatened me about stuff that had nothing to do with what they were there for. If someone me tons this company to you.....RUN THE OTHER WAY QUICKLY!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Barnett and Sons used to be our regular heating and air conditioning service. However, with the passage of the elder Mr. Barnett, his son Jimmy seems to totally unable to keep any appointment. We attempted to engage him in late 2012 for heating service, and after three cancelled appointments or no shows, we had to engage another company. At the request of one of his friends, we attempted to engage him in May for air conditioning service (system was out). His business line reached him on someone's roof. He promised to make a return call, but failed to do so. We then attempted more appointments after calling him, but again "something came up." He promised to stop by on Sunday, but never showed. We received in the meanwhile excellent response from another provider in less than 12 hours, and signed a service contract with them. Regretfully, I can no longer recommend Barnett and sons to anyone. Lew
