+ -1 moreExtremely slow. Drawings seem to come fast but when asked to add a business sign into the drawings an additional $950 was added (County only charges $250 for a wind study on the sign) and a promise of 1 day - the wind study was finally done after 4 weeks. ATCS told us that the entire process of planning with the county would take 18 months, ok, but we've been 5 months getting ATCS to just to submit application for a permit to start the 18 month process. So far - while expecting the county to be our biggest hurdle - our architect has been the hurdle so far.
