Great, on time, great on clean up and resetting the garage door openers. They also installed a key pad.

The technician, Greg, called prior to arrival, arrived on time, was very professional, knew what the issue was immediately and provided a cost. I also had an outdoor remote installed. During conversation regarding remotes he programmed all of my remotes including my car, my house and detached garage door openers. Very pleased with Access Garage Doors, Inc. I would definitely call them for service again and will recommend to my friends.

terrible. set up two appointments and both appointments were cancelled (two weeks). technician had emergency and no one else could come out and give me an estimate. one man shop!!! June 2016.

Greg was great. Arrived right on time, had an awesome attitude. Very professional, asked what the problem was, if there'd been any warning before the garage door failed to operate, and what had I done to try and fix the door. He patiently listened, even told me that my efforts were correct based on the symptoms described. Greg then activated the opener, watching the system and figured out within five minutes what was causing the malfunction. After identifying and explaining the situation, he made several adjustments and the door worked perfectly. He fine-tuned the up/down sensors and was finished inside 30 minutes. I think he'dve finished in half the time if I'd gone inside and not been talking while he worked. He was pleasant, seemed to enjoy the work, and said to call him back if anything acted up in the near term for another adjustment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I delayed writing my review to ensure the repairs made permanently fixed the issue. It works perfectly - thanks Greg!

I couldn't have been happier with this service call. My phone message was promptly returned and answered and a visit was scheduled the same day. Greg arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He installed all four garage door springs, that I had previously purchased, in about 30 minutes and also inspected and lubed the door mechanisms. I asked a few questions and received honest, straight forward answers. I will definitely use Access Garage Doors, Inc in the future and would highly recommend this company. Garage door wouldn't close so had to put it in manual mode. Called Access but couldn't get in contact with them during the snow storm of Jan 2016. When I finally got someone to respond, they apologized profusely and informed me of the earliest date that someone could come out to diagnose the problem. They quoted me $85 and a time between 12-3pm. At 11:45am, Greg the technician, called and gave me a heads up of 20 minute arrival time. Greg arrived promptly and figured out the problem which was relatively easy and let me know how to troubleshoot for future reference. He also tightened up screws, fixed the lightbulb and sensor. He only charged me the service call. I almost called another company to come out and fix the problem while I left my car out in the driveway for a week but so glad I waited.

First, I want to preface this review by stating I've never written one before and always have been a little skeptical of providers that only get an A+ rating. That being said, this is my first time since moving to Maryland that I feel I have received exceptional service from a provider in the MD, VA, and DC area that warranted my review. Greg/Access Garage Doors Inc provided exceptional service in record time. He was on time, very knowledgeable, took good care not to damage my home while transporting and installing the springs, and the estimate I was given over the phone was dead on. Given the opportunity I would definitely recommend Greg/Access Garage Door Inc to my neighbors and too bad they only do garage door service and not any other general contracting services.

It was done in a quick and professional manner. I have no problems with his work. I would definitely use Access Garage services in the near future. Once the work was completed, he gave me a fair price on replacement doors. My house is nearly 30 years old and the garage doors are starting to look their age. I was very impress with the service.

During my initial call they were able to arrange a visit to diagnose the problem within a couple days. During the visit he found that the cause of the problem was something unusual that required some items that are not normally carried on the truck. He also noted some failing pulleys and noted the absence of safety cables for the springs. I was given a very reasonable estimate for the repairs, and because the problem was not critical we agreed to a return visit to perform the work a few days later. Both visits were on-time, courteous, and professional. There was zero pressure to perform additional work and the repair fixed the problem. The price was perfectly reasonable and the work was old school craftsmanship. I would rate this company A+ if I could. I have no hesitation giving them my highest recommendation.

They came out within 24 hours. They did a good job and they were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. They were amazing and we were happy with them. I would use them again.

They are fantastic. Amazing. Three years ago we had a problem where I was backing my car out of the garage and hit my mirror on the one of the rails. They came out same day and fixed it for 85 bucks. I thought it could be fixed and my husband stated that they would need a new rail. They were able to bend it back. They were prompt and kept it as reasonable as possible. They did a great job at the time when they installed it.

Honesty counts, yet I don't know why some contractors just don't get that. Other contractors from Angie's List gave me estimates or $1299, $999, and $240 to repair my garage door. The first contractor took about 5 minutes to look it over, told me I needed a new door, springs, pulleys, tracks, and anything he could think of to sell me. The first price he gave me was $1299. He then called his office and talked it over with his "manager", and they graciously gave me a price of $999, and worked out a payment plan. The next person seemed to be pretty honest, but told me I needed a new garage door opener. He offered me a new opener plus installation for $240. The 2nd company sound pretty honest, but they were off base with the opener when the door itself was the problem. Greg from Access Garage Doors was quick, courteous, professional, but most importantly, honest. He explained the problem, told me why it happened, suggested ways to prevent it in the future. This is my second experience with Access Garage Doors, and they were just as honest and upfront this time as they were the first time. I'm already recommending them to others with similar problems, and will continue to recommend them. I am totally satisfied, and would certainly use them again. By the way, Greg also programmed the factory installed remote in my car as well as the remote keypad on the side of my garage at no extra charge. Again, honesty counts and hopefully, some contractors will begin to understand the negative impact of trying to "over sell" unsuspecting consumers.

I did my homework, shopped around, and I'm so happy I found Access Garage Doors. Too many companies today fall short on what they promise. Access Garage Doors is not one of those companies. From the time of the estimate I felt very comfortable right away. I could tell instantly they knew exactly what they were talking about. I have a large garage door, chose to replace it and placed an order. The door arrived when they said it would and I scheduled the installation. They showed up on time and got straight to work right away. After the job was complete the installer noticed a piece of trim was cut slightly short. He was on it! He said he would be back to replace it with a new piece the next day and sure enough it was done. I was very impressed with the integrity of the company and the pride that was taken in the work preformed. They mean what they say and didn't stop until the job was perfect! I have used this company for over 8 years. They are always prompt, courteous, pleasant and professional. I have never been disappointed with their services, which have always been excellent.

I had two separate interactions with them. Both times Greg was the service provider. He was punctual, call before he came. He explained everything, clean the area and saved me from purchasing another garage door opener. He forgot to apply angie list $10.00 off coupon for the service call but it was applied with the second visit for repairs.

It went extremely well. All parts were readily available. Work took approx. 30 minutes. Followed by some helpful hints for safety and operation. Technician was very polite, friendly and professional. I received a courtesy phonecall for 30 minutes prior to arrival.

I called because the garage door was making a horrible sound as it went up and down. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. Greg called to tell me he was running late at the job ahead of me and that he would be there shortly. I really appreciated getting the call. Upon arriving Greg knew immediately with the problem was and proceeded to lubricate the rollers. After he finished lubricating the rollers he asked if our factory installed car remotes were programmed. My husband replied no. I didn't even know my minivan had a factory installed remote. Greg programmed both remotes in a matter of minutes with no charge to us. Before leaving he explained some of the features of the garage door opener. I will definitely call Access Garage Doors again and, will refer them to others.

They were easy to work with and we're very professional from the receptionists to the technicians. I would definitely use them again.

After seeing the other positive reviews on Angie's List, I decided to call them when my garage door would not close and I noticed that a cable was off and the door was lopsided. I called the number and was able to get an appointment on the same day. I called in the morning and they gave me a window of 1-4 pm. The technician arrived around 2 pm after calling first and went right to work. Found the problem, fixed it, and even lubricated my garage door and springs. He also explained to me how to tell other problems, if something else happens to the garage door. SInce it was just the cable that came off, he only charged me for the service call and left me all of their information in case I have any problems in the future. I would definitely use this company in the future and I liked that the technician didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need.
