This is the third time we hired this company (SEP 2014, Jan 2015, Oct 2015). The first two times went well. They patched several large areas of drywall and it was almost unnoticeable; no painting was done. The third time they came to patch we asked for them also do the painting. They used so much joint compound in addition to not letting the patch dry well enough before painting led to the paint sloughing off of the wall. They also left the roller in the paint can and sealed it up; we came across this the next time we used the paint for touch up around the house. My husband redid about 80% of the work we hired them to do. I was disappointed with the work to say the least and will not hire them again.
Description of Work: Patch a 2.2 foot area in a wall where plumbing work was done and several screw holes. Also painted after the repair was done.

I am very glad to choose Zion House Painting to repair the damaged drywall in my basement. Their price is reasonable and I am very satisfied with their job. They came on time and finished work on time. Also, cleaned up floor after work. Overall, they are very polite and professional. I will use Zion again for finishing my another house basement.

It was by far the best estimate I received from among the four estimates I got. I don't know why the others charge so much given that the same work can be done for almost about half the price--they will probably say "quality" but I suspect their quality of work would not have been any better than what I received. It's probably just "overhead" or a larger margin of profit. They were very professional, courteous, and on the ball. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Exterior painting and a couple of walls on the inside, as well as some carpentry work on door frames.
