This company is wonderful to work with and very thorough, take lots of pictures, no mistaking any corrective action needed.- The half star on customer service is for customer followup on test results. Found we needed to call. However always pleasant, test are completed and uploaded for review but not email to advise you of that. Will use on future home inspections.
