The service was great. They were very prompt on initial contact and were able to do the testing for me within 2 days.

This was my first experience with a home inspection so I did not know what to expect. Mr. Baker showed up on time and got right to it. According to my realtor, he is a bit unorthodox in that he uses his camera to take a lot of photos and doesn't write anything down. He is very detailed and was helpful when asked questions. Our inspecton was around 2 pm and we had the report by 5:30 that evening. I was surprised that he indeed covered all information and remembered everything without writing it down. My only complaint would be that a couple of the photos were a bit blurry. I would definately use Mr. Bakers services again. Great value too.

I submitted my request in Friday morning. Steve called immediately and had quote information for me. We scheduled for the next day, Saturday morning. He arrived early, was swift, but still professional and completed the home and wood destroying inspections. He delivered the report as promised. We hired Your Home Matters Property Inspection Service to conduct a home inspection on a new construction home. From the initial quotation of the services over the phone through to the delivery of the inspection report, Mr. Baker provided excellent and professional customer service. He was already at the property when we arrived and had started the inspection of the exterior of the home so we were able to go straight to the interior inspection. He explained many things about the operation of certain features and the like. Even in a new home, he found things we are able to point out to the builder.
