Description of Work: This was an air test for molds and an examination of possible other home problems. Stephan Baker "Master Inspector" of "Your Home Matters Property Inspection Service" is very professional, punctual, responsive, and tries to be helpful. He utilizes a professional lab in the Richmond area to analyze the results, and at my request was able to speak with the owner/analyst there about the results (lab guy was also helpful). But the type of air sampling used was not able to detect the presence of sickening mold found in a subsequent examination by another company. Mold can be very difficult to detect and remedy.

Description of Work: Company provided inspection services on a studio condo. Since this was a studio apt, the inspection was less time consuming than a larger property. Full written inspection report was received along with pictures and details.
