+ -1 moreWhen I first called Ryan on Monday, April 6, 2020 for a first cut, he told me he would probably be able to do it the following Thursday or Friday. At his request, I immediately texted him my address for the Google Earth-based estimate he promised. The afternoon of Thursday, April 9 I checked in with Ryan, who said he would get back to me "as soon as I get back to my office." I never got an estimate and never heard from him. If Ryan was too busy to do the work, or unable or unwilling to do it for some reason, he should have informed me. Barring illness during these difficult times, there is no rational excuse for not contacting me over this 3-week period. Based on how the first cut looked, a longterm business relationship may have formed. I find Ryan to be unreliable and totally unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThey worked hard and fast. Once they were done, I inspected their work and came away very impressed. They had cut the grass well, trimmed the sides, handled the leaves, and got all of the clippings off of my deck. In short, they did a great job. They are hard working professionals who know how to do a great job fast and at competitive rates.
Description of Work: I was very impressed with Ryan's Landscaping work on my lawn, and highly recommend them without reservation. Let me explain. The grass along the sides of my house and in the back had grown to about eight inches tall, and I needed it cut immediately. I contacted a couple of landscaping companies, and Ryan's Landscaping gave me a great quote to handle the job.
