Liked their price and work plan. Couldn t get them to start the job once I accepted their proposal and cancelled our agreement . Very disappointing

Our organization has successfully worked with Precision Renovation and Construction on several projects and recommend them.

We hired Precision Renovation after the city damaged the foundation of our building when they installed brick pavement in the alley. After getting several bids, Precision provided the most comprehensive estimate and very reasonable cost (although they were not the cheapest of bids, they were the most professional and detail oriented contractors). Fast forward 18 months, a delivery truck hit one of our retaining walls. Again, we got several estimates, and we called on Precision to provide one of those estimates. We choose Precision for the job, their estimate was inline with the other contractors, and were familiar and trusted the quality of Precision s work Like before, they were very professional, detailed oriented, cost effective and reliable. In both cases, they did the repairs in a timely fashion, finished products looked like there were no prior damages, and unlike many contractors, they did not start and stop, then come back in x-number of days/weeks to complete the project... They started and completed the job without any gaps of days/weeks in between the project. We highly recommend Precision and look forward to working with them again.

I had a great experience with Precision Renovation and Construction. They were much cheaper and easier to work with than the other contractors I spoke to about my job. I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers. Other contractors quoted me several hundred more. James was very friendly and did a great job.

Precision Renovation & Construction was very professional and knowledge about there job. They explained their plans for the job in detail. There was no success from any of the workers. When I came home the job was completed.

This company was very responsive and enthusiastically talked about the work they do. However, the price was higher than we were prepared to pay for our small project, and we hired a different company. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future if we have a project to suit their level of expertise.

This company prepared a highly detailed description of their proposed work along with an entirely reasonable estimate. Because there were several people involved in the selection process, another contractor was chosen. I felt that Precision Renovation and Construction would have done an excellent job and would not hesitate to hire them on another project based on the thoroughness of their proposal.

I couldn't be happier with the work Stanley and his team did in installing my new parking pad. Looking forward to no more parking on the street!
