I had an excellent experience with PowerWorks. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a skilled and reliable electrician!

*First experience was good. *Second experience was bad. Scheduled w/Master Electrician, 01/30/2025, for service on 02/06/2025. Received call at ~5:30 pm, 02/05/2025 from Mr. Mitchell (Master Electrician and Owner) that he was not going to do the work, and a technician (???) would be sent. *I requested Technicians license# to ensure he/she was qualified, and was told no . Mr. Mitchel license would be used. *Asked if Mr. Mitchel was supervising the work, and told no . *Requested another Master Electrician for project; projected cost exceeding $1,000. Mr. Mitchel stated he was the only Master Electrician in the company. So told no;. This work was scheduled for a luxury home within a Golfing Community, that is being leased. The amount of coordination with the property manager, the tenant, and adjusting my schedule, to ensure this property received excellent and qualified service, was excessive. Mr. Mitchell stated he did not understand my concerns, and that I could reschedule.

Bought a new house and the fantastic folks at Powerworks were able to quickly and professionally replace our main electrical panel as well as an EV Charger hookup.

They were very professional The work was clean and efficient. I like them so much. I recommend them to two other friends in which friends were equally happy.

If you're looking for an electrician that's efficient, on time, and experienced, then look no further. Powerworks is all that and some. Delvin delivered as promised, and we couldn't be happier. Money well spent.

Work was great and performed professionally. Project was delayed longer than preferred.

Powerworks did a great job identifying our problem and helping find a solution (a full panel replacement) to fix it without overselling us. We had the work permitted and inspected, and the inspector (who has inspected our panel 2x before) approved the new work. They were flexible on the estimate process as we focused in on the scope of this project and descoped a larger one. They also really helped out when an electrical issue not related to their work popped up during their work. Scheduling was okay, as good as with any contractor. We will likely use them again, if necessary.

Initially I was impressed with the presentation of the service. However, after the work started I experienced low-quality customer service. It was difficult to reach and communicate with the owner. The owner did not do the work; another technician did the work and wanted to borrow some of my tools. The final inspection was done via text message and still photo. The ground wire was left exposed above ground. They did not remove the old power meter and just left it attached to the back of the house. I did call the county inspector whose name and number appeared on the inspection sticker. He arrived; visually inspected the work and stated that it was to code but the work was marginally. When PEPCO arrived to make the final connections, they informed me that several complaints had been filed. I would not recommend using this business. I found the work and customer service to be sub-standard.

Melvin was prompt in responding to my texts and offered me a great deal to replace the electrical panel in my house. He showed up on time and answered all of my questions. Joe, the technician, was also prompt and polite. He was very focused on his task and when he was done, he tested and labeled the circuits! It was a great experience and I already have another job lined up for PowerWorks.

I spoke with several possible firms before making my selection. I was impressed by the ownerâ s quick responsiveness to my request for a quote from the initial call to his visit to my home to assess the project. I was in need of having my main panel replaced as well as an upgrade to the wiring of a mini apartment in the lower level of my home. He and his assistant completed both projects in a professional manner in a timely manner . Once the panel was done and tested, another day was set aside to do the rewriting of the mini- apartment based on my needs. I liked the fact that he communicated regularly letting me know as well as asking questions about my preferences related to placement of the new plugs and resulting appearance since holes needed to be cut to accommodate the upgrade. His pricing was very good in comparison to the other bids received. This project was done a month ago and I can say that everything is working properlyâ and I am happy with making this selection.

I am pleased with the service I received from Belvin and Intidy. The cost of the project was within my budget. They were professional and answered all of my questions regarding the electrical upgrade. I appreciate a company that value their customers and clean up after the project is completed. will definitely use them again.

Powerworks LLC is our new go to for electrical services. They are an exemplary company in our opinion - where can I begin? I purchased an EV Friday and then started my quest for an electrician. They were the first to call. Belvin was knowledgeable about the projectâ s needs and his company showed up on time Monday afternoon, as requested. Because of Powerworksâ Belvin and Intidy, I have a charging station, neatly installed; and NOT draining on my homeâ s electrical circuits. Clear communication at all times, and excellent service. We are totally pleased!
