This is the second time that I've used Milton's Tree Care. As before, Milton and his crew performed superbly. They worked hard, removed all debris, and were a pleasure to have on the job site. I have more tree and shrub projects planned for the future and I will definitely use Milton's Tree Care again.

I wish all contractors were the Milton Munoz of our town. This contractor always returned my calls and his crew, the guys who took down the two trees were so polite and paid attention to whatever I asked. This contractor is a "Keeper"

Great customer service and professionalism. I explained what I wanted done and Mr. Munoz explained how he would accomplish it. Rates were reasonable. Site was expertly cleaned up following job completion. Will use company again!

Milton's crew of four were here a little after 8 a.m. - very punctual. A little after noon, much of the tree was taken down. After a lunch break, the rest of the tree came down. After final cleanup, the crew left around 4 p.m. Milton said he has worked with the same crew for nearly seven years, and he invests in trucks and machines that help his crew do the very best job possible. The tree stump was left at my request. All the branches went into the chipper, and some of the wood chips at my neighbor's request were put in her driveway for her use. In addition, she wanted some of the logs so they brought them over and put them where she wanted them. The crew was very accommodating. The crew put down heavy plastic mats to protect the lawn and some drainage pipes. They cleaned up the area beautifully of all branches, pieces of wood, and any other debris. My neighbor's yard was hardly affected by all the work so there was no sawdust or wood chips in their yard. I also had a piece of fence that had to be disconnected so the work could be done. The crew was careful with the fence and put it back together again. Milton called me twice during the day to be sure all was going well and to my satisfaction. And he called me after the job was done, too! He sends electronic billing AFTER the job is completed, and he does not require a deposit before the work begins. Milton's Tree Care Services was the best! I have an even bigger Ash tree in my yard that is also diseased from the Emerald Ash Borer that will have to come down in the very near future. I expect to work with Milton again on that job.

Milton requested pictures of the tree so he knew what to expect, and he showed up promptly. He went up with only a rope, put the cat in a bag we had prepared, and came down. Everything went smoothly and it was worth every penny.

Excellent, he is the first contractor that did not take a down payment. He didnt take any money until I was satisfied with his services. Once the stompts were removed from the ground, they filled the hole with topsoil. They also did it in a very timely manner.
