My wife and I had an awesome experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design. The owner and design consultant Susan was highly knowledgeable and capable when it came to meeting our expectations for remodeling. She made wonderful suggestions and added her own signature touch. The professionals that did the work are the best! We are so happy to have chosen Metro Flooring & Interior Design to do the remodeling of two bathrooms, the kitchen and one bedroom. My wife and I feel we are in a brand new home.

Metro Flooring and Interior Design, LLC did a total redesign and remodel on my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room. As part of the remodeling project, the electrical panel was updated, recessed lighting was installed throughout, installation of crown molding, painting of living room, dining room, hallway, and bedroom, and new hardwood flooring in these areas was accomplished. Susan and her very competent and expert construction crew transformed my 1970's kitchen and bathrooms into 21st century space worthy of an "Architectural Digest" article. Susan took the time to learn who I was before designing the space and selecting wall colors and recommending bathroom tile and design. She kept me informed of the project's progress every step of the way and checked on the construction crew frequently and on me daily. Her construction team are true craftsmen and are extremely knowledgeable of their craft. All pieces of the project were completed in the time frame presented and at the prices quoted. Susan's project management skills are to be commended! All this work, including electrical panel upgrade and heavy up, as well as demolition, and construction was completed in 4 weeks - Unbelievable!! Never seen this much work coordinated and performed in such a reasonable time period and meet all of the project's stated time frames. Everyone on the various teams working on this project were courteous and professional and treated me and my home with the upmost respect. Everything selected for the renovation was done with care and consideration and materials used was of extremely great quality. I am very happy with the cabinets, granite counters and back splash, under cabinet lighting, double sink, fixtures, crown molding, paint colors, workmanship -- Everything!!! So glad I met Susan and her colleagues from Metro Flooring and Interior Design, LLC, as well as her construction/renovation team of professionals. I will be using this company again and again for all future projects. Thank you, Susan, for a wonderful uneventful experience and for your expertise, patience and kindness.

Metro Flooring and Design did an outstanding job on my home improvement project. I especially like that they are a one-stop shop. The new flooring, lighting and paint make my house look updated and upscale. Susan and her team are very professional and their quality of work is exceptional.

The job started back in April; it is not complete and it is extremely poor customer service; the Service Professional who is not professional and who threw my dishwasher without a permission, makes excuses for mistakes and I just want my kitchen finished.

My overall experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design was absolutely awesome! The contractors were all incredibly nice and so professional.

Metro Flooring and Design transformed my 20 year old kitchen to a beautiful cover book kitchen. The new recess lights that were added now compliments the new cabinets, granite, dishwasher, double sink and enlarged pantry. Susan was on point with her suggestions and visiting her showroom assisted in our decision on the touch and feel of the materials. The colors we selected made the kitchen â popâ and we have received many inquiries on who provided the craftsmanship. They also sanded, stained and polished our wood flooring to almost brand new. The workers had certain specialties that met or exceeded our requirements with a warranty of their work. Mr. Josephâ s work ethics and the quality of work was remarkable. Susan checked each step once or twice a day on the entire project and called each evening to check on the results and answer any questions or follow-up. The timeline that she projected was met and was completed. Customer service was excellent with this small company! We will keep their number for the next major home project.

This has been a wonderful experience and with the design help from Ms. Susan my kitchen has been totaling transformed to an updated beautiful place to enjoy meals with my family. I have new cabinets, appliances, and floors. The installers were on time, and cleaned daily before leaving. One worker in particular (Joseph) OMG was WONDERFUL!! He came every day and worked the entire time. I am thankful pleased and will be using again.

Working with Metro Flooring & Interior Design was a great experience from start to finish. The company did a wonderful job of transforming my old kitchen into an oasis, in addition to a paint job, and installing a new floor in my living and dining room in a very short time (i.e., less than 9 days altogether). In view of my hectic work schedule, it would have been impossible either to manage different contractors or to undertake a time-consuming project to renovate the entire kitchen, paint etc. However, it was reassuring to work with the owner Sosena (aka Suzan) who is great at her craft, cared for quality work, and took her profession seriously. I highly recommend Metro Flooring & Interior Design, and I'm pretty sure I will be back to use their services again in the near future.

She is very pushy and very controlling . She did not want to listen to what i wanted or how i wanted things done

I had vinyl plank flooring installed in my basement, a few weeks ago and I am completely satisfied! Miguel came to my house on a Sunday morning just to suit my schedule. He was very professional, informative, polite, and straightforward. We worked out a plan that was to our liking and gave us a great price. The guys came over that Tuesday and completed the job in no time! My floor looked great and they did a terrific job! Miguel was just a phone call away when I had questions afterwards about taking care of the floor. He was polite and comforting in answering my questions. I will be calling them again when we decide to redo our upstairs floors. Nothing but high praise and I highly recommend this company. Great job Miguel!

The guys were wonderful, however they ran my cc for final payment without doing a walk through to make sure I was happy and I'm still waiting for a receipt....

Excellent work, however the one complaint I had was site cleanup.

Susan and her team renovated our outdated kitchen and brought it into the 21st century!! Her vision and execution of our new master bath is nothing less than amazing!!! We will definitely be calling her again!!

Susan is a people s person and is always available even after hours.

Susan was great to work with - I had some doubts about some of the design, but she turned out to be correct in all her plans and ideas etc. I just love my kitchen as it is now our family focal point.

Susan (project manager) will do whatever is reasonably possible to plesse a customer. She aims to satisfy a customer’s need within budget and she is time conscious.
