HORRIBLE!!! I left work in the middle of the day, drove 30 miles (one way) for 45 minutes for my appointment. When I arrived at the house around 12:40pm, I learned that the person giving the estimate had left. I called the office to find out why the person left before the time we were scheduled to meet and was given his phone number. When I called him, he stated he went to his noon appointment and no one was home. He then went to the address where he was to meet me and talked to a person there. That person called someone and did not get an answer. So he left. I was dumbfounded and furious. He had a 1pm appointment with me and left well before the appointed time. I fail to understand why the neighbor not being home or his conversation with the person at the house where he was to meet me caused him to leave before our scheduled appointment time. I can only guess he assumed the person at the house was calling me. He was not; he was calling the neighbor’s cell phone. Furthermore, the person at the house was not aware of my appointment (I was not expecting him to be at the house), so I am sure he did not even know what the person coming for the estimate was talking about. As a result of this fiasco, I missed 1 ½ hours of work and drive over 60 miles all for nothing because the person coming to give the estimate did not have enough common sense to wait until the time of the appointment or call me to verify that I was still coming before he decided to leave early.

Nikita, company owner, was very knowledgable, curious and professional in his approach to provide service. He explained the process of getting my deck restored and gave me options and cost. The two men who showed up to do the work did an outstanding job powering washing then hand painting my which is 30 ft by 10 ft ten year old deck. They used a product called restore which is a thick granular type of paint. they put two coats of the stuff on by deck, now all cracks and splinters and splits are gone. The deck looks brand new, it came out better than I expected.

He is very good because he is environmentally conscious. He is very honest as well.

They did a very good job and everyone was very polite. I recommend their services and will use the same in future.

He came out and made sketch for me, and spent an hour out here, but he never called me back with an estimate. Now, it's been over a month, and I haven't heard from him.

I enojyed this service. The employees were very kind and worked hard throughout the entire job. They answered all of my questions and finished in a timely manner.

THE DESIGN WAS CONCEPTUALIZED VERBALLY BY PHONE. THE PLANTS WERE ORDERED, AND PLANTED IN THE TIME INDICATED. SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
