Ultimately, they did a good job. The experience itself wasn't what I expected, but part of that was because of my indecisiveness in picking out the granite. However, they did good work and their workmanship was good.

It was a good experience. The prices seemed to be the lowest I had seen. They work they did was good.

It was perfect. They were A-1. They did everything we asked them to do and did it without any questions. They worked with me to get the best product for me. It was a perfect experience.

I would give them the highest rating that could be given. The owner of the company is a fantastic lady and did a great job. Anyone that doesn't go through Granite Grannies is missing out! It was a great service and they have great products. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!

In the course of the project we added an island to the kitchen that needed granite. When we spoke and did the planning it was supposed to be one piece. However, when they installed it, it was too short. They then had to come to my home, take the granite off, take it to their place, cut it, bring it back to my home and put the piece on to center it. I was not happy about that. Also, the seeming of the granite on other parts of the kitchen counter was not well done either. Because of the centerpiece shortcut, we didn't want them to come back so I now just cover it with something. Lastly, they installed a kitchen sink in which the sealant was not done properly. I just recently found water underneath the sink. The only thing that I would hesitate to recommend them for was the installation. We felt the installation went badly. The product was great but the craftsmanship and workmanship was shotty. I would not recommend them.

They did a great job. I’ve recommended them to many people and continue to do so whenever I get chance. I will always drop Granite Grannies name and ask them to at least get an estimate from them and whoever else they are attempting to get a quote from.

I was deeply impressed with their professionalism. I was also very pleased with them through the whole project. They gave me an excellent price and even supplied a stainless steel sink free of charge and let me pick it out. The edges of the granite have to be shaped for islands which is one of the extra costs in a project. However, they allowed me to pick out the shape I wanted and included it in the overall cost and did not charge me extra, which I thought was great.

I love granite grannies! They did an excellent job. Their pricing was very fair and the material was excellent. My sister is using them soon and I would definitely use them again.

They were wonderful. They had a good personality and completed quality service. They are outstanding and everything was installed great. The price was also exceptional.

We went to a couple of granite installers, including Granite Grannies in Upper Marlboro. Kimi and Lori, the owner, spent a great deal of time with us discussing the project and looking through various slabs of granite. Lori recommended we go to a few granite distributors to see the huge selection of granite in various patterns and colors. Granite Grannies came out to do measurements and Lori even came out to get a better feel for the project and made several recommendations. After settling on the pricing, we decided to go with Granite Grannies. I did the prep work by removing the old tile, disconnecting the sink and stove top and clearing out the lower cabinets. We had a mix-up on the scheduling, and the installers came out on April 18 to install the countertop, and then again on April 20 for the back splash. They did a fantastic job and it looks amazing. We are thrilled with how it turned out, and especially the small details that made a huge difference on the end result. We highly recommend Granite Grannies. Initially I went to Granite Grannies to see if I could simply buy a marble threshold for my new shower. Granite Grannies had a selection of smaller samples that would have worked, but when I saw the selection of stone, and the selection of granite and marble samples, I was able to pick out a piece of Cambria, a Quartz product,for my thresholds and for trim inside the shower. The owner, Lori, mentioned that the good thing about Cambria was that it could be matched if we decided on a bath countertop, which at that moment I hadn't thought of. After seeing the Cambria in our bathroom , we decided on the same Cambria for the countertop, and I am so glad we did. The service was fantastic. We faxed the dimensions of our smaller pieces, and they fabricated them based on hand drawings. For the countertop, they sent Leo to measure, and to install. It's a great group of hardworking, nice people, and I was glad to do business with them. I will be go back for my kitchen countertops.

I had no dislikes. Everything was exceptional.

She was extremely helpful, as she has decorator experience.

This granite stains even with water. She has an installer that puts in the granite you purchase. The installer said that the granite was inferior and she is saying that he did not stain proof it properly. she told my son that there was nothing I could do because her husband is a lawyer. Prices are deceptively low because the installation cost is not included.
