They did excellent work at reasonable price. Even before we even scheduled, they answered our questions. While assembling, they worked with us to understand our requirements, provided their own suggestions, and collaborated with us to produce excellent results. We are very happy with their work and will definitely use their services again.

Arrived late due to accident on highway, but went right to work & was very efficient & pleasant. Pricing not bad.

I hired Flatpack to assemble 4 Ikea bookcases and assemble and mount two additional shelves. Tre from Flatpack was phenomenal - one of the best technicians we've hired for any service. Tre was very organized in his approach to the job, placing all pieces in different containers. He turned on his music, got in the zone and went to work. 6 hours later he had finished the job - not fast but careful and meticulous. Every detail was correct. He was also thorough in cleanup and took all the boxes with him. I have had some DUDS of contractors, so wanted to make sure to highlight someone very good. Highly recommend.

I wanted to donate my living room furniture to goodwill however I couldnt find a service that will pick up in my area. So I gave Flatpack a call and not only did they come out the next day and removed the furniture, they also took it to Goodwill and were kind enough to mail me a donation receipt. They were very professional and will go above and beyond for the customer. I will definitely use them in the future.

Flatpack was awesome. Furniture was picked up on time and delivered within a few hours. Everything was wrapped to ensure that nothing was damaged, and they were very careful getting it into our apartment so it didn't scratch our new wood floors. Trae was very professional and very nice, I would absolutely use them again for something like this. Plus, it was half the cost of what any moving companies quoted me. It's a little challenging to schedule since they do it all over email and not by phone, but overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them, and would use them again.

From the initial contact to the end of the project, this company showed exceptional professionalism. I contacted them through email and was contacted within the hour. After determining the style of gazebo I owed, an appointment date and time was scheduled. I was contacted the morning of the project to confirm their arrival date. Once the gazebo was constructed, I was text-ed a picture of the gazebo! That was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend Flatpackfurniture for your next project!

I can only review them on their lack of communication. I emailed. Emailed again. Called.. Finally got a message that he would get back to me ASAP.. I guess he didn't know what ASAP meant.. What it evidently meant was to never hear from them again....

This is a very professional company. Please pardon me for not recalling the gentleman's name who performed the work. He arrived promptly. Then proceeded to pull both cabinet parts out of the packaging to insure all the parts were intact. He worked quickly and very proficiently. I could have done the work. However, it would have taken me five times the time it took him to assemble the pieces-which was just under two hours. Terrific job and I highly recommend FlatPack and definitely would hire them again. What a pleasurable experience.

Excellent service! They asked all the right questions and gave me a quote which was much more reasonable than other similar services I had,had quoted from other companies. They were in constant email contact and on the day of delivery, phone contact. The Delivery person was pleasant personable and made sure delivery was positioned the way I wanted it. I will definitely use them again!!!

We wanted to buy a reclining sofa and loveseat at Costco but they don't have a delivery service. After searching on Angies List, I found this company. Even though the quote was higher than their advertised special on the website, they were still competitive and more importantly they were able to accommodate my request on a very short notice. As some other reviewers noted, I was also a little concerned to see the small, open truck they used. But the sofas arrived safely and they unpacked, assembled and hauled away the packaging and old sofa set. Overall I was happy with their service.

Extremely pleased with the service. They called ahead to be sure my furniture had been delivered. Arrived right on time. Were very professional and polite. Consulted with me ahead of time to be sure they knew where all furniture needed to go in each room. They had to work extremely hard to get all the furniture assembled and they did an excellent job. Also cleaned up all the boxes and plastic after they were done.

Saw this company on Service Alley and purchased a package for delivery of two items. Marc fit me into the busy schedule and the guy met us at COSTCO. The guy even checked out the furniture ahead of our arrival in order to make a plan for loading the vehicle. The guy was polite, courteous, and efficient in delivering the furniture as requested. We had an excellent experience.

It was great and turned out very well. We changed the plans on the fly and they had no problems. They were very accommodating.

The driver was very nice and professional. However, I was not told that the furniture pieces would be hauled in an open-bed, small pickup truck. There is a van pictured on the website and I expected that form of transportation. The vendor advised me to have the store shrink-wrap the items (but didn't tell me why) and the store wasn't willing to do that. There was some damage to the items (small chips on the coffee table) but it was negligible and I don't know if the store caused it or the delivery service. Luckily there wasn't a downpour that day.

Flat pack was early at value city and it was awesome, they put everything on the task and came straight to the home this company is lovely.

They were fabulous. They came within three hours and they were very nice to work with.
