ETI was able to get a technician out to check on the elevator the same day I called for service. It was a fairly quick fix, the call button was stuck. I was happy with their service and will have them come back to do an elevator check-up.

Chris Myles was fantastic to work with, and we will certainly call him again for regular service or inspections if needed. Chris spoke to me personally when I called to schedule the appointment, confirmed the day of, and arrived early. He was thorough in the inspection, answering my questions and explaining his observations. Chris offered his suggestions of factors to consider, and provided a handwritten summary as well as a typed letter of his findings. I'd recommend Elevator Technologies for sure!

tWent very well. The company responded to my request for an appointment promptly. We set up a mutually agreed upon time and date. Chris was our guy. Very polite and knowledgeable. Did a full maintenance. Told me about some preventive things to do, like get a new back up battery pack since we weren't sure how old ours was. Told me about some valve thing that was going to fail in the future since its original to the elevator but didn't need to be replaced right now, but that we could if we wanted to preventively, and the estimated cost. What to look out for and when to call them in for it. Answered all my questions. Very tidy (even vacuumed under the elevator for me!) Went above and beyond the call of duty. As far as I can tell, the job done was very good and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Elevator Technologies has kept my ancient, 2 person, self operated elevator in perfect working condition. To work, the elevator must be calibrated to make perfect contact with the door, and thanks to these guys it always is. If I get out of alignment, they are there in a jiffy to fix it. I am always comfortable having their workmen in my home.

The elevator broke over Labor Day, so I reached the answering service. I told them there was no emergency (i.e., no one was stuck in the elevator) and left my number. I called mid-morning the next day since they hadn't called back yet. After searching for a record of my call, the receptionist told me she'd call me back. When she did, she told me they were too busy and referred me to another company. I asked how soon they might be able to come out and was put off with a flimsy-sounding excuse about being shorthanded; to me, it sounded like "never." I was surprised, given all the positive reviews, that they didn't seem the least bit interested in my business, even though I also indicated I would be interested in hiring them for routine maintenance. Of course, a business can be whatever type of business it wants to be, but they advertise themselves as "residential and commercial," with "residential" first, and sounded like a big enough company to handle multiple customers at once. I was disappointed that they did not, at least, respond promptly to my first call and just come out and tell me they weren't interested in my business.

GREAT!!! I called to make an appointment on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. They were prompt, courteous, respectful, and professional. Checked all the belts, cables, brake, and motor. I've been in the house for twenty years and I don't think anyone has ever cleaned the bottom of the elevator shaft but these guys did. I'm totally impressed with the service I got and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This is a provider whose main line of business is servicing industrial/commercial elevators. They recognized a niche market for the under served residential market and welcome this line of business. I have searched for the past three years for a competent professional service provider. By telephone, I was able to exclude many purveyors without even having them over for the service. This company came from your list and with the first telephone call, I knew my quest for compartment service was about to be filled. He arrived in a very clean and well maintained vehicle and had a tool kit with very professional content. He got right to work performing the service.He went from floor to floor and serviced the carriage components wiped down all of the component rails and tightened bolts and nuts; buffed safety contact plates. All electrical connections were checked and where needed refastened. Some of the installation details were not properly tightened and he repaired these oversights. He could have sold me a new safety battery, but he said the one in place is perfectly fine and ought to go for another year. He measured the battery's charged capacity and found it to be at full value. He cleaned up the elevator pit and the service are for the elevator equipment. I felt that I had really received superb and very professional service.
