RUN!!! Do not use this service. This guy broke up my cement to my house, while doing another job, which was poorly done. He is refusing to pay for the cement that was good prior to his arrival. The retaining wall he called himself putting up was done very sloppy. He dies not return calls and consistently keeps lying. After seeing these reviews I see why. Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Broke after 1 month

I am saddened to have to write a bad review. I have Mr. Dion numerous opportunities to reach back out to fix the many issues. I am only forced to write this negative review because Dion Burch continues to dishearten me with the lack of pride in his work and professionalism regarding the concrete project I contracted with him for my backyard. I am not an expert, but here are the issues I informed him about. He came once after the project and said he will come back with a solution and then completely ghosted me. Haven’t answered my calls, texts or emails but has read my Facebook inboxes. Here are some of the issues. 1. Nothing is leveled. The whole concrete is sloped and the slopes are all over the place. 2. There are cracks in the concrete. 3. The concrete is puddling water due to it not being leveled correctly. 4. Instead of hauling the dirt, it was tossed behind my yard that to have to remove. 5. There is a hole is my concrete This was a project that we considered for 6 years and now I have to look for another company to fix the issues even though I am supposed to have a warranty Dion Burch from Burch Masonry LLC. I would gladly update the review if Mr. Burch holds his promise to finding a solution for his work.
