 + -1 moreThe work required get the cabinet to fit over the new refrigerator was tricky. It involved taking a little off of both the top and the bottom as well as rehanging the doors. Mr. DeCesaris discussed different solutions to the problem with me and allowed me to weigh in. He did an excellent job. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: In 2014, Mr. DeCesaris of Croom Cabinetry came out to modify the height of the cabinets above my refrigerator. I had just replaced my old fridge with a new one that was about an inch taller and the door hinge wouldn't clear the bottom of the cabinet.

 + -1 moreI would highly recommend this company for custom woodworking. They do beautiful work, very professional, and reasonably priced. I received several estimates from other companies which were more than half of what it cost me to have the work done. Completely amazed of how beautiful the fireplace turned out. My fireplace was originally brick from floor to ceiling with a raised hearth. It is now covered up with beautiful molding, so transforming. The wainscoting added a formal look to my dining room and foyer area.
Description of Work: Woodworking/wainscoting in dining room, foyer and staircase. Brick fireplace makeover with custom woodworking.

 + 1 moreThe bookshelves are beautiful. We were very pleased. When they first came over to give us an estimate, they showed us pictures of their other work and took the time to do all the measurements. Ted then emailed me a sketch of what the bookshelves would look like and an estimate for the work. We even added in a few elements towards the end, and they were very flexible with what we wanted. Everything turned out exactly as we had wanted it, and even better to be honest. They are perfect. And I feel like the price was very reasonable. We got several other estimates, and they were significantly higher. We would definitely recommend Ted and Marco at Croom Cabinetry.

Description of Work: They built cherry bookshelves for my front study. They were responsive to our ideas, built exactly what we wanted and were reasonably priced. In fact, several thousand dollars lower than a large well-known competitor. The bookshelves were delivered on time and we are very happy with them.
