+ -1 moreWe were quite satisfied with Blackwell Pest Control. They came when they said they were going to. We didn't have any problems with the. What they found matched exactly what the purchasers pest control report said, so I think they were quite accurate. My brother n' law asked them to send me a copy of the reports, and it took a couple of requests to get them to do it.
Description of Work: We were getting ready to sell my mother's house, and we decided to get a termite report from Blackwell Pest Control before we sold it. They came out and made a report and the purchasers also got a report. The purchasers wanted to use the person they had. That is why we didn't ask them to come and finish the control part of it.

+ -1 moreWe were pleased with the company because they came to our house right away. The crew was very neat, clean and they carried themselves in a professional manner. They have a lot of experience with the bee problem and they handled the whole situation very quickly. They were very nice to work with and we will refer them to others gladly.
Description of Work: Blackwell Pest Control sprayed our trees in the backyard for a bee infestation. We don't have an agreement with them, this was just a service call.

+ -1 moreEXPERIENCE IS GOOD. COMPANY HAS BEEN SERVICING HOUSE SINCE 1996 AND THEY HAVE EFFECTED TOTAL FREEDOM FROM PESTS WITHIN THE HOUSE. SUBSTANCES USED ARE ACCEPTABLE, NOT HARMFUL TO ANIMALS OF HUMANS.
Description of Work: QUARTERLY APPLICATION OF SUBSTANCES TO CONTROL PESTS, PREVENT ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE.
