It took a long time to schedule an appointment and I had a hard time getting ANCO to call me back, but once scheduled things went fine. ANCO showed up on time, performed the evaluation thoroughly, and put together a good report.

Tom responded promptly to my inquiry through Angie's List. He is a a structural "Professional Engineer" and also a member of the NSPE. They are of the highest caliber. Although I went with the contractor's PE, Tom was very easy to deal with and honest about pricing and how he works on assessing matters for insurance agencies. If I had another need for a structural engineer, I wouldn't hesitate to call him back.

The entire consulting job exceeded my expectations. Mr. Colicchio was very pleasant and professional throughout the consult. He explained the structural issue in very easy terms and discussed solutions to my structural problems. Mr. Colicchio is an excellent, down to earth engineering guy, and I would definitely recommend him to other individuals for a structural consult.
