We are relatively happy with them. Their websites are doing automatic billing and are not as user friendly as I would like in terms of finding things. It works fine once I find it, but they could do a little better in that regard. They seem to have very good cell coverage in our area and most of the parts of the country that we go to. We have a landline phone that has now been replaced by fiber at their request even though we don’t use their internet or TV over FiOS yet. They sort of materialized to do that work and when one of the lawn people cut through their fiber, they showed up reasonably promptly to put a fix on that so they were reliable, but I always just sort of deal with them over the internet or phone and eventually get through the schedule to provide service. They replaced all the copper lines in our neighborhood with fiber on their own initiative about 2 years ago now. It's still the same physical phone for my end here but we have the fiber box in the garage and we could click in to it to get internet and TV from them at a moment's notice if we sign up for it.
