 + -1 moreThey came on time, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Nothing but good things to say. There wasn't any hassle. He diagnosed it and told me right up front what it was going to cost. What he quoted was exactly what he charged - no more/no less.
Description of Work: A sock was stuck in our washing machine. The entire machine shut down.

 + -1 morePoorly. They didn't provide any schematics for me to see prior to starting. There was one delay after another. They are also not very responsive, I've had to hunt them down. I do not recommend using Sears for remodeling your kitchen, and would never use them again.
