Lisa Hayes of CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty

The Realtor I used is Lisa Hayes and she is wonderful. My wife got her by mistake, somehow, like, by the grace of god. That young lady went out of her way to find us a home. We felt because of how she asked the questions, how much we can afford, what we were looking for, where we would like to live. And I think the last thing we said to her before we left was, the houses that you look at, find us one where you wouldn't mind living yourself. And that's what she did. It was wonderful. We flew down last week and we didn't see her, but we talked with her and she left a gift in the house for us. She called a couple of days ago, she wondered how we had made out, did we like the house and did we like the services. She had a great follow up for us and was wondering how we were doing and if we liked the property that she had selected for us. My wife loved to say it's her house. I like it too. It's wonderful. We wanted a house close to 2000 square feet with the pool, actually we didn't mention the pool but they just happened to have it but with a back yard. Because we have a dog here, Rusky and we wanted some place for him so he could walk around. And it had to be three bedrooms. Basically that was it, nice kitchen and it turned out beautiful. High cathedral ceilings, the high ceilings and when we saw the pool, that's it, I said okay. We told her to get one where she would want to live in and that's what she did. It was wonderful, it was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better home. It was with a beautiful neighborhood and quiet. It is great. She was great. When we first went down we went with her like for three or four days and she took us all over that part of Florida showing us all these properties. They do a commission on it, they didn't charge us personally. When you buy a home, the realtor, it's a percentage or something of the selling price. The price was great, she was right in the ballpark. We wanted to spend an x amount of dollars and she got us one that even came a little cheaper. It is a beautiful home. The response time was wonderful. She even took us around in her own personal vehicle, taking us from spot to spot. She was wonderful, she treated us like family. She even suggested the place to eat, everything. She took very good care of us and we enjoyed the stay and we got to really good feel of the neighborhood and of the surrounding area, the shopping centers, everything. She showed us everything. It was beautiful.
