+ -1 moreWe are on a quarterly payment with them, it is $105 per quarter. I can call between scheduled service times if I see anything, and they don't charge anything for that. I would recommend them because they are very responsive.
Description of Work: We use Home Paramount for pest control. They come out quarterly and inspect and spray or set traps for anything, and then I can call them in between times. They also provide termite eradication.

+ -1 moreThey’re excellent. Very reliable and dependable. If you’re not happy or it’s raining, they’ll come back without charging.
Description of Work: This is our pest control company; they come each quarter and we've been using them for 6-7 years. They charge per visit; we don't have an annual contract with them. We have them spray the exterior only; interior is included but we don't have this done. They're at the home for less than 30 minutes.
