Description of Work: Added (2) Closet Door Jams Stops On Door Frame, Hung Screen Door To Front Porch, Installed a wall and a 7’x5’Closet In Mudroom, Removed & Replaced 6 Sub Windows In Cellar, Removed & Replaced 6 Windows In House, Removed Old Beam & Replaced Window Sill In Den, Removed/ReHung Bedroom Doors, Repaired our Den's Back Door due to a previous contractor who did not know what they were doing...Jay did and did a fantastic job, Repaired/Hung Doors In Den, completely had to reframe the doors, Replaced Sub Beam in Dining Room, Finished installation of the French door in the den so the door doesn’t slam, closes properly, and reduce gaps, including changing the hardware and installing weather stripping. Replaced rotted window sill/bulkhead, Installed new framing for screen door at Formal Door Entrance, including preparing screen door with hardware and resizing (Altering front exterior door way to accommodate refurbished screen door), Built and than Reframed and install stain glass window in den , Installed a new bulkhead cellar door, Cleaned up floor under the sill in step before den with molding (base cap under step), Cleaned up brick wall by back door in den with molding (base cap/trim on doorway by back door. Cleaned off spray foam, Installed mudroom door kick plate on the bottom (both sides) to replace mail slot, insulate mail slot. Replaced old door knob in laundry room., Built narrow, angled inwards, shoe shelves in both our girl’s closets., weather strip or weather proof formal front door.
