The estimate visit started off rocky as we noticed that the owner, Brendan, talked more about how great his company was and about bad practices that we need to stay away from than the actual work that we wanted done. He did show us nice examples of his work and we continued through the estimating process. During the next communication with Brendan I questioned his prices and he became very rude in his email and made sarcastic comments about other deck builders. At this point we decided against going forward with any work with Casey Fence and Deck.
Description of Work: We received an estimate for a replacement deck.

WE HAD TO HAVE A PERMIT FOR THEM TO INSTALL THE FRONT FENCE. WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THEY WENT RIGHT AWAY AND GOT THE PERMITS TO INSTALL OUR FENCE. I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
