Nevertheless, George consistently communicated to ask our opinion on several aspects of the project to ensure it met our expectations, including when a screen door was unworkable (due to no fault of his), he quickly procured an alternative and installed the next day. George brought levity and attention to detail to the project, working to make sure everything was accomplished for maximum function and beauty. All this, and the project was completed for a very reasonable price. "While the door repair was done decently, the experience overall was quite frustrating. The contractor arrived over an hour late without any courtesy call to let me know. After attempting to switch out the latches on the sliding door lock myself and causing slight damage, I had to call him back for additional repairs, which came at an extra cost. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse from there—he rescheduled our agreed date, canceled on the second, and then offered to send someone out at 7:30pm, well past a reasonable time. While the work was okay, if you value punctuality and reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere."
