Description of Work: Covered our front cement porch landing and tread with brick veneer; took up existing brick walkway which was buckling and smoothed, then relaid it; built steps in rear of home for two French doors leading to the patio.

Description of Work: the job involved landscaping/hardscaping and replacement of driveway slabs. Deer Valley installed 3 retaining walls for flower gardens and modified the soils in the gardens. Portions of the driveway and yard were sunken . Deer Valley removed the slabs, installed new and filled the yard level and placed turf.

Description of Work: We had a retaining wall along side the driveway and steps leading up to the back yard installed. The material used was Belgard, BelAir Wall, Delaware Blend 3” x 16” x 8” block and 3” x 8” x 13 ½” cap. We also had the sewer clean-out moved over to new location inside wall. The area was excavated for segmental wall footing with compact soil grade and installed geo-fabric. Compact crushed stone footing 6” minimum deep. Installed Belgard wall with at least 1/2 course below grade 42’ x 21” tall. Install same wall block as riser and tread caps (4) 6” risers by 13 ½” deep treads with two additional 30” long stringer walls will be built to restrain the staircase grade. For drainage, installed filter cloth encapsulated drainage column and 4” perforated pipe and 3 tons of ¾” drainage stone. Constructed wall as follows: Install 7 courses of 3” thick wall block; Install one course of cap block, secure with concrete adhesive; Wall reveal to be approximately 21” tall at house foundation; and Wall cap height to carry entire length. Patched in where old wall was with compacted stone

Description of Work: Installed retaining walls and stone bed edging for several beds.
