Description of Work: My toilet kept running on. I called Ray and he answered right away and was there when I wanted him to be. He was a little pricey. Didn't think fixing both toilets would be that much. He thought he had fixed both of them but the one in my master bath was still running on. He came right out and fixed it for no additional charge.

Description of Work: I called Ray one afternoon and he was at my house the next day, within 5 minutes of when he said he'd be there. He fixed a long time problem I'd had with my master shower in about an hour. I'd had two other plumbers in to look at the shower over the past year and I'd been given some outlandish worst-case scenarios which Ray rubbished in less than an hour. Ray wasn't cheap and he originally wrote out his service ticket for one hour ($120) and a service charge ($65). When I questioned the bill, he deducted the service charge. Which was fair. I would have felt ill-used if he'd kept the service charge. All in all, a positive experience and I'll use Ray to hook up the water line for my new refrigerator.
