Found door leakage, ordered the part, and returned to replace the seal. No markup on the part, no added time to repair - entire transaction was very fair. Could not ask for a better experience.

Prompt & very friendly service. I needed to know if my dryer was repairable or if it was more cost effective to replace it because of its age. He was able to give me his honest conclusion. Another time I needed to replace a leaking water heater. Mike gave me some parameters & I picked up a water heater from home depot. Mike came back & installed it with no issues. If I need something else, he is my first choice.
