I was a first time home buyer and had been looking online for a few months searching for a home. I came across the Zip Realty site and found a realtor Katie Straume. I sent an email stating I was looking for a home and would like to meet with her. Katie was very quick to respond and had told me to send her a few houses I was interested in. A few days later I was able to view all of the house I had sent. Katie was so punctual, knowledgable, professional, and she answered all of my questions. I was so nervous in buying my first house but she made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. She was able to set up appointments to view homes on such a short notice. I would pull up to a home and she always had all print outs and house information ready for me. Katie was always available everytime I called her and she quickly responded to all of my emails. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I would highly recommend using the Zip Realty website to search for homes. They are constantly updating all information unlike other website I had been to. I would also highly recommend Katie Straume. She was definitely the icing on the cake and made my first home buying experience feel like a walk in the park.
