+ -1 moreThe service itself was fine. Making the appointment was not so enjoyable. They were right on time. The tech was very professional. The office staff was less than.
Description of Work: It was actually a warranty call for a new washing machine.

Description of Work: They were supposed to replace the cord on a Kitchenaid mixer that had broken; they did so, but when it was returned, the mixer had two speeds: fast and extremely fast. They were supposed to fix that but I could not really tell the difference.
