The crew was fantastic to work with and boy were they quick! The price was fair and everyone from the estimator to the scheduled to the crew chief onsite were personable, professional, and focused on getting the job done well. I would highly recommend this company!

I called to set up an appointment. They came in less than one week. The estimator showed up on time. I received a quote the next day. We agreed on a date two weeks out. They showed up on time and finished the work in a day and a half. It was a very efficient process from start to finish.

We received a quote from Rich about the leak from our basement areaway. He was punctual and professional, and he explained everything they would need to do to fix the problem. Our job involved jackhammering out concrete to install a new areaway drain to the sump pump pit, digging a bigger sump pit, and installing a larger pump so it would do a better job draining water away from our home. On the day of service, StopLeak's guys were professional and completed the job on time in just a day. They reviewed everything they had done in detail afterwards and left a clean work area. They were careful about the tile they had to remove and did everything they could to keep it intact. We are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism that StopLeak provided. We have had heavy rain since the job was completed and so far, no further leaking in our basement.

StopLeak was the best! Our basement flooded and we needed a second sump pump installed. Rich came out to take a look at our space and give us an estimate. The price was much lower than I expected. I actually had to look things over multiple times to make sure everything was included. We also got a battery backup installed on the pump. Everything was installed in a very timely manner. Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable. No mess was left behind. Would recommend over and over!

Rich came at beginning of his time window for the estimate. He explained the situation in easy to understand terms. He developed a treatment plan. He was friendly and professional.

He was polite and courteous, but we ultimately decided to not get any work done.

Rich and his team were very professional, and did a great job! Their ability to be flexible with schedule, and respond quickly was a HUGE help to me. Ann was absolutely amazing and even responded to text message in the late evening... TRULY a wonderful team of people!

Stop Leak returned my call over the weekend, and two days later, Rich, Sr. came out to inspect the site and give an estimate. Rich was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem, and explained how he would fix it. He also guaranteed that they would stand by their work and come back until the problem was fixed. The estimate and proposal were in my inbox the next day. We haven't scheduled work yet, but this is only because we've learned to get more than one estimate for jobs of this scope. The estimate was $2648 for 13 LF of 4” perforated Draintile System, ⅓ HP Submersible Sump Pump, Sump Pit. This sounds reasonable, given what is involved, but I have nothing to compare it to at the present time.

This post is in response to my feedback on 5/18/18 about my initial attempt to execute an estimate. One day after my review I discovered that Stop Leak did indeed leave a message regarding the scheduling conflict. I have since spoken with them and agreed to set up a estimate for 5/24/18 @ 1pm. I would like to rescind my 5/18/18 post based on the fact that there was a mis-communication between us. Thank you.

Wonderful. First off, I couldn't even get anyone to talk to me because we didn't have a basement but this company came out and assured us that they could do the work for us. They came on time and did an excellent job and you can't even tell anyone has been here.

We had water damage after a heavy rain and Stop leak was extremely responsive and came out within the next day to give a quote. We compared their quote to another company who was more than double what stop leak quoted. Very professional and we would use them again (although we hope we don’t have to!).

It was great. We called on a weekend and they responded immediately. They were extremely professional, courteous and detailed. We haven't had any issues with the crack and our home inspector couldn't even detect it. They are a great company for top to bottom. I highly recommend them!

Quick and friendly reply to estimate request. Work performed as scheduled even during a snowstorm. I’m very happy with result and would recommend them highly!

It went good everything was explained to me.I was told exactly what was going to be done what materials that would be used and exactly what the price would be. I was also told about other ways thing could be done. I really like this company and would seem them again.

I received multiple phone calls, emails, and mailings to schedule, carry out, and pay for the service. This is a good thing in my book, as they were very responsive to my needs. I was able to schedule an appointment easily. They rescheduled to an earlier date when an opening became available. I did not need to be home to get the service performed and was pleased when I came home later in the day to see a fresh patch on my foundation, which sits in a flowerbed that was not disturbed.

Stopleaks was fantastic to work with. Rich was very in tune with our approach and did not try to oversell options - worked well with us to determine the lowest cost answer. He and Ann in the office were both quite responsive to requests for information. The crew arrived on time and all were pleasant and professional. The job finished on time and the area was left in great shape.

From start to finish my interaction with this company was superb. The plan they proposed to correct the problem was sensible and they never tried to sell me services I didn’t need. The crew arrived on time, did a good job, and left my house and yard in great condition. In addition, everyone of the people associated with this company were courteous and personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Stopleak Team was an easy 10 out of 10 for my wife and I. They were able to set up the job weeks before any other contractor could guarantee a work date and they finished the 2 day job in only 1 day. Rich Jr and his crew were fantastic to work with! They arrived promptly at 8am when they said they would be there. Their crew got to work and notified me later in the day that they would be able to stay a bit later to finish up everything so that day 2 would not be needed. This was an ideal scenario since I work from home. I am in real estate and deal with dozens of contractors on a weekly basis. Team Stopleak delivered every promise they made and then some! This was the 10+ experience my wife and I were looking for!

The job went great. Knowledgeable, professional, understood the problem, and solved it at the source. Arrived when they said they would and continued until the job was complete. Left the work site in a clean state.
