Rich was able to come out the same day I called to check the problem. He determined the source of the problem. There would be a life time guarantee on the repair. I was emailed and estimate for the repair the same day. The guy arrived promptly on the day the repair was scheduled. Once the repair was completed, he showed me the work and explained the procedure he used to seal the crack. The area was left very neat and clean.

Excellent!! They arrived at appointed time and finished in the appointed time. Workers were polite and answered my questions. They cleaned up after they were finished I would definitely hired them again

We had ground water coming into our basement and called StopLeak to come and help us resolve it. They were great from the moment we called. The day they came, they were able to get a crew there that same night to rip up the wet floors and walls and start diagnosing the problem. From there we had a waterproofing crew spend a couple of days building a french drain and installing a sump pump to keep this kind of thing from never happening again. They also offer a reconstruction service so you can deal with the same people the whole time. This was obviously not what we wanted to have happen, but I am glad we called them as the people were fantastic. The work was solid and we felt very well taken care of. I'll say this the guys who work there like the work they do and seem to like working with each other. You don't always see that in this kind of work. I highly recommend StopLeak should you have water coming into your home via ground water, a crack in a wall or anything else.

It went great. The guy was at my house in the time period they said he would be there. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the job was done.

Not only was their price better than any other, I couldn't have asked for a more professional team to work with! From start to finish they were punctual, competent neat and an absolute please to interact with. Everyone on the team was great. Happy to recommend them!

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Stop Leak. The crew was professional and efficient, and all the work was completed on time. The company provided excellent service from my initial contact requesting an estimate through to their final clean-up of the job site. The work was completed approximately 6 weeks ago and the new drainage system appears to be working well.

Chris and the Stop team were outstanding to work with. They guided me through a complex and unfamiliar process with clear information and reliable details. Pricing was fair and organized, and the team is very responsive to emails and questions. To the extent that a mold remediation situation can be considered a positive experience, I can recommend them.

I received 3 estimates for this job and they all came in close is cost. Before I made my decision I called and asked questions. Rich Sr owner was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very professional and kind. I don't impress easily but he impressed me. Ann the office manager worked around my schedule for the install. The day of the appointment Rich Sr showed up a little early and then his staff showed up on time. The staff was very kind and did an excellent job. I had more questions during the work and the foreman was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. I was very pleased they respected my home and cleaned up afterwards. Also let me say they are very honest and trust worthy people. We had to leave our home for an emergency and had to leave the workers alone in our house. We were gone for longer than expected and they left before we return home. They not only did a great job cleaning up but they locked up our house. I want to say thank you to the entire staff. Job well done!

Service was prompt but not pushy. Ann was very easy to talk to on the phone regarding coming out for an estimate and getting work started. Person that completed the work was very knowledgeable and able to fix a particularly difficult problem we had been having for years that most others did not have a solution for. Checked on the fix this past week after heavy rains and there was no water! What a relief. The cost was less than we had been quoted in the past.

The Stop Leak crew executed their plan beautifully and were very professional. After the work was done, we have had multiple inches of rain, and not a drop in our basement. Couldn't be happier!

Mold removal is never fun, and I had to go through it with two separate houses in less than 45 days. I used Stop Leak for both, and they were great each time. Very thorough from the initial inspection on through the entire job. They gave me tips on how to avoid mold in the future, and even helped me out with a nice discount the 2nd time since they knew I had just gone through this at the other house.

I waited a few months to write this review as I wanted to wait for a large rain storm before writing my review. The last three days have been very rainy, so I am writing my review today. I connected with Stop Leak in September of 2018 about the major flooding in my basement. They came out that same week to look at what had occurred, and what needed to be done for them to properly assess. I then got to work demoing our basement, as it needed to be done in order to prevent mold and properly waterproof. They stopped by multiple times during demo and when it got to a point where they could see what was happening they provided a list of things that could be done to reduce the water issues. By no means was this an inexpensive process, but it was all very necessary. The provided a list of five different things (movement of sump pumps, installation of additional sump pump, exterior water proofing, removal of concrete floor, and installation of a water guidance system) and knowing that we wanted the basement to be livable space we opted to have all of it done. Within a month of signing our contract they were on the job. Their team was very respectful of working in our house while my wife works from home, seemed to enjoy the company they worked for and did a great job. They even went through the trouble of hand smoothing the concrete when it was poured as they knew we wanted to keep it exposed. Their one follow up item was that when the the weather warmed up they were going to come back and smooth the yard and lay down grass seed where they had backed onto the front lawn. Within a week of the weather turning they did just that! Now, with all of the rain we have had this past week I am happy to report that all designs they put in are working perfectly. Our basement is very dry, and finally properly usable. Again, this was a huge job and not cheap to do but if I ever hear of someone having water issues I will highly recommend them. Oh, and they helped coordinate with a great plumber to have our proper lines run in between floor removal and concrete pouring. Great experience overall!

Stop leak never responded back with a estimate or any suggestions for fixing our problem. The guy was in a hurry. He just took pictures and measure the shower floor. He was more interested in what good restaurants was in the area. Poor customer care and service. I would not recommend this company to no one.

Stopleak did a great job. We had most of the floor waterproofed with drains and just needed the remaining corner done. All the other companies wanted to start over and would not tie into the existing system. Stopleak was willing to do only the work that we needed!! Also, the wall was really hard to plug because of the amount of rain we have had but they kept coming back until it was completely done to my satisfaction. They did great work, were very reasonably priced and were nice to work with.

It went quite well. The craftsmanship was very professional . They do good work. There one problem with a delay but, Chris was gave me an apology and a discount . Chris and Ann are good people to do business with.

Amazingly well! They communicated regularly the entire time, even through the blunders I made when working with them and were responsive and through. I interacted with the entire team, and every one of them was an excellent professional.

Excellent. Workers showed up on time. Discussed the work they were going to do and then performed that work in a professional manner.

Overall a very good job. Rich (the owner) came to look at the problem and they used a combination of a relief system inside with a sump pump and a concrete slab on one side of the house. The crew performing the job was professional and considerate.

This is my second time working with Stop Leak. I had some work that needed to get done under a warranty from 2015 and new work for new problems. Everything went great. The office staff is very responsive to initial contact and continued contact. I had someone here to assess the problem within a week. There was no hassle over using the warranty. When I couldn't get on their schedule for a month (normal with all the water we have had in this area) they kept me on a "call list" for last minute cancellations and they actually called me when they had a cancellation! I suspect that doesn't always happen with other vendors. The work crew was excellent. They answered all my questions and immediately looked for ways they could get their job done with little interruption to the household. I will 100% use them again if needed
