Description of Work: First the owner (Rich) came out and explained what needed to be done and the cost He was very helpful. When the worker (his son) came, he was very professional. I was impressed with him, especially being a young person. He introduced himself, was polite and again explained what he was going to do. He cleaned the PVC pipe, then injected expansive polyurethane. Coated outside with hydraulic cement and cleaned up the area. Also the secretary/receptionist was very thorough in taking phone calls and sending me paperwork. Everything was handled great from beginning to end. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Came in very professional, he assessed the basement, gave me the estimate. Very straight forward. Set up the appt. the crew came in told me what was going to be done, how long it was going to take. Cleaned everything up after the work was completed. They walked around and showed me what was done. I was very satisfied with the work. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They filled in a hole under the wall of my garage and tore out and re-poured my concrete driveway, walkway, and porch. Rich & Rich & Adrian are great to work with. + -1 moreEverything went extremely well. Adrian was on time for his estimate appointment. He was very knowledgeable and he gained my confidence immediately. Once he proposed a solution and the price I signed the contract for the services. By the way, Adrian did not pressure me to make my decision right away and actually advised me to think it over but I was convinced that his company were the right people for my job; I was correct. His team showed up the following week, consulted with me when a surprise cement layer was below the patio bricks, fixed the problem (a large crack in the concrete allowing water to enter the basement), closed the opening and replaced the brick patio that was torn up. If you came to my home today you would not be able to determine easily where the brick patio was picked up! No large rain since repair but I am confident that the issue is resolved. Great job!
Description of Work: I had water leaking into my basement over the concrete block. Adrian determined that the problem could be alleviated by digging up a portion of my brick patio to access the foundation. They would then correct the issue by adding concrete, tar and/or a barrier shield.

He scheduled a visit the day we talked on the phone, arrived on time and explained in detail what the problem was and what the options were to fix. A written estimate along with a diagram of work to be performed was given to me, and he didn't try to over-sell on repair work or items that were not needed. His crew came out on-time and ready to work -They were in and out before 2pm, and called to let me know the work was complete. I found the area to be cleaned up and in good condition when I returned to the house. The only evidence that they had been there were some muddy footprints on the carpet going up the stairs from the basement, and a bag of trash left outside in my trash bin. The footprints came out with some carpet cleaner and my basement is clean and dry for the first time in at least a year! Highly recommend, very pleased. Price was almost 50% lower than other estimates for same work.
Description of Work: Remove old and install new drain pressure relief system (french drain). Jackhammered concrete, installed new drain system and poured new concrete over. Also installed a new sump pit (not a new pump as mine is only a few months old).

I had estimates from four other companies and Foundation Restoration's was the most complete and competitive, and here's a bonus - the least expensive! Adrian is very knowledgeable about waterproofing techniques and I appreciated the education I received on this topic! They were also very flexible with when to start the job as I had some scheduling conflicts. I am very satisfied with their work - they were very clean, courteous and quick - started and finished in 1.5 days! When we discovered a problem with an outside drain the day after the install, they returned immediately, determined what the problem was and fixed it - without any questions. I wish all my contractor experiences were this positive!
Description of Work: Removed and replaced pressure relief system including a new sump pump and pit, plus they removed and replaced an outside basement stairwell drain and re-tied it to the system.

The workmen were prompt and completed the job in the two days, as promised. They cleaned up and left no mess at all. The salesman came back, (on a rainy day) to verify that the system was working.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced pressure relief system (in a outdoor basement stairwell), including sum pump and pit. Buried a discharge pipe that drained rainwater into the street.
