They arrived on time, and very professional. I was advised as to what was going on regularly, they cleaned up and advised me of how long it takes for cement to dry. I like the fact that they came knowing the job they had to do and just went on and did it. No wasting time as though they were paid by the hour and trying to drag a job out. I like communication as well as professionalism and I certainly got both from them. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing waterproofing service as well as other plumbing needs.. I would use them again if any issues with my plumbing came up that they do.

Stop Leak was easy to work with, from start to finish. They were able to come out for an estimate quickly, and I received the written estimate the next morning. All the work was done in one day, and you never would have known they were here. They cleaned up the house and yard meticulously. If I were ever in need of their services again, I would not hesitate to use them.

The company representative was on time for an estimate, the work was scheduled at our convenience, and the crew was on time, polite, and very helpful. From the minute i first called Stop Leak, i was provided the upmost professionalism and quality service. Throughout the entire process, i received constant updates and excellent communication with Stop Leak representatives. The crew showed up early and stayed late to get the job done. During the basement repairs, they found unexpected problems, but never made me nervous and reassured everything would work out and kept me calm. haha! Couldn't ask for anything else, work completed was outstanding and I would use them again. Price was very reasonable and way better than i thought it would be.

EXCELLENT. The people at Stop Leak (esp Rich, Mike, and Ann and others) were exceptionally pleasant to work with - knowing this was an emergency for me, they all pitched in and got the work done quite promptly. The job done - dig out the area around the leak, patch a crack in the wall below ground level, apply compound and re-load the soil and mulch around the problem. They were all quite professional and friendly and didn't waste a minute fixing the problem. Ann was quite helpful and timely in the scheduling and administrative tasks. Very pleasant to work with. A friend of mine referred me to STOP LEAK and they were GREAT. The workers were professional, conscientious and first class. The work was completed on schedule, but also when other issues came up during the planned work, STOP LEAK addressed the problems and stayed on budget and on time. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH!

Overall we had a great experience with this company. They did arrive 30 minutes later than expected but they finished the job within about 2 hours which was faster than I expected. They took precautions to protect our floors and were respectful of our house. I did not like that one of the guys was smoking and being 8 months pregnant I wasn't happy to be around that. Overall, they did a great job. Now we have to wait until it rains again to see if it's effective.

Stopleak did an outstanding job from estimate to completion. At the time of the estimate, Rich made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and recommendations. The estimate was detailed and very reasonable for the work required. The job was scheduled within a very short time. On that day, a very hardworking crew set to work and went non-stop until completion. When we requested an extension on the pipe from the sump pump, Rich went out of his way to return to my home this same day to attach it. Service above and beyond! Overall, I am so pleased with the results. It was an amazing transformation. I felt confident with Stopleak from the start and am so glad they performed this work. To my surprise the job went well. This is my first home and I really didn't know what to expect. I asked the crew lots of questions about their equipment what they were doing etc. They answered all of my questions. I even took some photos of what my basement looked like before, during, and after the job was done for my reference. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to complete the job. I also that most of the crew were employed with Stop Leak for a very long time. I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done. It took eight hours to finish the job. I thought it would take longer than that. I am so glad I hired Stop Leak to fix my water issues in the basement. I am very pleased with the way the crew cleaned up behind themselves. It was like they were never inside my home. If I need something done to my home in the future I will definitely use them again or refer their company to friends and family. Kudos to the Stop Leak Team. Great Job!!!

From the initial contact with Ann, the assessment and estimate by Rich, and the completion of the work by Mike and his crew, the experience was exceptional. Ann handled the scheduling on a date and time that was convenient; and a subsequent reschedule due to a pending storm. She was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Rich arrived early to do the assessment. He was personable, had extensive knowledge regarding how to address the foundation issue, and supplied a fair estimate for the work to be completed. Mike and his crew arrived on an unseasonably hot day (90+ degrees) in May. While Mike filled the holes on the inside with hydraulic cement and used another coat to seal and stabilize the crack; the outside crew dug down to the footer on the exterior foundation wall and also sealed the area in vicinity of the damage. I thought they were completed; however Mike indicated that they would be returning in a few hours to place additional coats on the interior and exterior; which they did. Mike covered all of the flooring with 6 mil plastic and left the work area in pristine condition. He actually returned with a paper towel when he though he saw a small piece of dirt on the stairs and wiped it up. The outside crew did an excellent job putting back the landscape fabric and raking/leveling the mulch. It was impossible to see where they had been working. Mike asked me to inspect the work with the promise that he would immediately fix any issue that was not to my liking. The level of customer service he provided was simply outstanding. Stop Leak does excellent work and provides exemplary customer service. I would highly recommend this company if you encounter any foundation or water issues; big or small. Work was complete in one day. The work was finished in a professional manner and the system seems to work very well.

I didn't hire this company because they were three weeks out and I needed installation sooner.

I have waited a year before providing this review to adequately assess whether the work performed by this company dealt effectively with the problem for which a solution was sought. In short, it did not! After extensive additional work by other contractors, involving grading, construction of a swale system, and additional sealing efforts focused at the point of entry of water intrusion into our residence, I can say with confidence that the service provided by this company was unnecessary and ineffective resolving the problem. The owner of this company showed limited understanding of the complexity of the water intrusion problem that he acknowledged to be able to resolve. In the course of performing the excavation work, I should add that considerable damage was done to existing landscape. Cost of service for all of this was $11,600! Spent an additional $7,000 after that for an effective solution!

I thought it went great. I am located out of town & had to have my mom's house waterproofed due to a problem she had in her basement. Although, I met with Adrian Palazzi a couple of times while I was in Hanover, MD., most of my contact was over the phone. He was extremely professional, always pleasant, & did a great job of communicating with me on the progress of the waterproofing.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was my mom's house & I had the work done from a distance. I would highly recommend them.

Generally it went okay. I had water pulling around the toilet in my basement. There was also a sewage pipe with an opening and I did not know where the water coming from. I called this company to rule out the possibilities of where the water was coming from, he said I needed to extend my french drain and it was coming in from the outside. I moved everything to double check and I saw nothing coming in from outside and when I called them I told them not to come any longer. I got a call back and the manager was afraid of what I would tell Angie's List. They prices were really exorbitant, but they also tried to cheat me by trying to charge me 800.00 to extend the drain. I have an insurance policy and I called and had someone come out and the man who came out said the water was coming from my AC. The man from the AC company only charged me 80.00.

They were great! i wanted to get some ideas on waterproofing my basement. They gave extremely good advice and fair prices to boot. Clearly knowledgeable and experienced with the older homes like mine. If and when I go ahead with a waterproofing project I would use them without question.

We have no waterproofing in our basement--home built in 1933 and has an above ground basement. We have been having problems with water coming in at the lowest point of the home during hard rains. We were pleased with the inspection since he was able to come out on the weekend to provide us a quote and the price seems fair.

The workers were very professional and made every effort to keep the mess to a minimum on a project that is inherently messy. They arrived on time and on the dates they scheduled and completed the work very quickly. Since the installation we have had a completely dry basement, even with recent blizzard, snow melt and rain, the basement has been completely dry. I highly recommend them!

Adrian and Rich came out to the house as needed to ensure we understood the work plan and no matter how many times we called with questions they were always pleasant and took time to explain things to us until we felt comfortable in our understanding of the work proposal. The work was done on schedule. The crew doing the work were professional, polite and in a pleasant manner answered questions as the work was being done. They had to carry cement down to the basement and before doing so put plastic sheeting down to protect the floors and carpeting. House was left clean and neat upon completion of job. About 2 weeks after work was completed we had a problem in the crawlspace. Adrian and Rich addressed with importance and were out in 2 days to take a look and immediately fixed the problem for us. So far, we are pleased with the work and can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received. Please note that we did not rate the price factor as we did not call any other companies to do the work and so had no other estimates to compare with.

I contacted them on 10/2. I spoke to Adrian and we talked about my problem. He agreed to come out on 10/5. He arrived on time and looked at my problems. Instead of a hard sell, he suggested that I wait and see if my emergency repair held up. If it didn't then call him back and he could install a drain system on only that part of the wall that leaked. I really appreciated his honesty.
