 + -1 moreTerrible. They were very difficult to work with. I finally had to get them to sign a guarantee to protect myself from any further damages. They did not want to do this and it took many angry phone calls to resolve it. It took them over four months to complete the job.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my second floor bedroom. They told me it was coming from the third floor roof and put on a new roof. Leak continued. The removed my third floor deck, totally destroying it and replaced the roof under the deck. They damaged my third floor ceiling and destroyed my garden. I had to replace the deck. My railings were bent.

 + 5 moreWe got their name from our insurance company and was initially concerned about only having one choice to go with for the work but it turned out really well. Statewide did a wonderful job. Kevin Stranski was the only foreman for our project and he came when he said he would and was on time. He also finished all the work he started and in a timely manner. The job was finished in about 8 days. I was very impressed with him. He cleaned up well, didn't take over our lives and was very polite. I was really amazed with him and the management. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again.
Description of Work: They did remodeling and restoration work. They put down tile floor, laminate in our big room, found a split in a pipe that the previous plumber didn't find & fixed it. They patched up drywall, painted, and we had them put in more wiring and circuit breakers than what was there before. They also installed 5 kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity for us.

 + -1 morePREVIOUS BUILDERS WINDOWS WERE ALL-WOOD AND WERE CRACKED AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. HOME ENERGY LOSSES IN HEATING/COOLING WERE VERY HIGH. REPLACEMENTS HAVE ALREADY POSITIVELY AFFECTED HOME COOLING. THE WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOOR ALSO LOOK FABULOUS.
Description of Work: REPLACE ORIGINAL BUILDERS WINDOWS WITH ALL NEW PREMIUM VINYL THERMAL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. REPLACE FAUX FRENCH DOORS WITH SLIDING GLASS PATIO DOOR.
