+ -1 moreMr. Magnani was very knowledgeable and worked well with our builder, Mr. Ducote (he also was happy to give his opinion on the builder's idea for repairing our garage, at no cost).
Description of Work: Mr. Magnani was recommended to us by a builder we were working with. We were under contract with an older home and needed an engineer to assess a concrete porch that had degrading structural support and water damage. As soon as I called Mr. Magnani, he coordinated with the builder, whom we found through Angie's List, and arranged to meet with us and the real estate agent at the property in question. After seeing the porch and assessing the crawlspace underneath he drew up plans for rebuilding the porch, making clear what was needed to restore the porch to previous condition, and what would be enhancements. We were under a tight deadline under the terms of our contract and he was able to produce the drawings within the deadline.
