Sometimes hard to get ahold of,; almost always have to call and leave message and wait for someone to get back to you.

They showed up on time and finished the job within a days times. They removed all debris. I would recommend them to others

Excellent customer service, no pressure tactics used to get you to sign, gives you time to make up your mind with no pressure at all, what a change from other contractors. Loved them would recommend to anyone needing work done, roofing or gutters, but I'm told they also do windows and siding work. If I need that in the future I'll call them.

The work was done professionally. Mr. Chmar didn't request any payment until the job was finished and he inspected the work and promised to take care of a couple of minor issues with the gutters. Overall I would recommend Homelife strongly.

Homelife Remodeling, Inc gave a very professional initial presentation by Pat Adams, Regional Manager. Their price quote was slightly lower than the other 2 quotes I received because Homelife did not try to sell me extra roofing items I did not need. When I called back to schedule the job I spoke with Ed Chmar, President of Homelife who assured me of the quality of the materials and services they had quoted. Ed was easy to work with and delivered the product as specified in our contract. The crew who installed my roof did an excellent job and cleaned the site as promised. I would use Homelife Remodeling for future home improvements and would recommend them to friends and family as well.

Absolutely no pressure sale with complete step by step explanation of the work to be done with price matching, no deposit, and even a choice of materials and company's product. I would definitely recommend. I do wish they would take credit cards without passing along the surcharge.

The owner off the company "Ed" actually produced a 12' ladder out of his compact car trunk and climbed on roof, did a thorough inspection, gave me many options all of which affected pricing and suggested best options for the house. He came in under other bids but I think actually calculated materials needed to do job to give an accurate estimate. He stood by estimate and his staff did many follow ups to make sure we totally understood everything necessary to complete the job. I have received many compliments on roof . All debris were picked up couldn't tell they had been there.

When they found that another company was offering the same work for a lower price, they met the lower price in order to get the job. The roof looks very good, their clean up was good, and the workers were very professional.

The onsite crew was very professional, however the material drop off did not include the edge vents, and the roofers were well into putting down the shingles on the roof before I mentioned the missing edge vents, they had tho come back an extra part day to install them. Otherwise all was as good as could be expected.

Company reps were courteous , helpful and professional. Work was completed on schedule and the technicians cleaned up before they left.

They were all very polite. Worked without stopping except for lunch. They cleaned up , which astonished my neighbors. I am very happy with the work done.
