There was a slight delay on scheduling the job. Once they got to it, they operated like a well oiled machine. The cleanup afterward was outstanding, not a nail to be found.

2 teams, 1 for roof, 1 for gutters, both worked very well together and were very friendly. The roofing team did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris. We haven't found a single nail yet! If you select them, make sure you are flexible with meeting times. Making meeting times seems to be a struggle for them, but it was wort the wait.

Professional services from marketing line of products, through install and siter clean up. Work through potential product install issues that ensured that final product I selected would maintain original house design, that necessary materials were ordered in appropriate quantities and placed on site for install crew. Workmanship and professionalism of install crew ensured final inspection revealed all project tasks were completed and no rework was neccesary. Highly recommend this team for your siding project.

No pressure; did a great job. My neighbor even had his roof replaced by Homelife as he liked the way my roof looked and how hard the men worked.

Mr Chmar assembled a printed estimate on the day of his first visit. Speed was critical because of the possibility of rain damage if there was a delay, and he met those needs. The project was complicated by damage that had to be repaired as the roofing was replaced and by repositioning of a kitchen vent. Roofers and Gutter workers were able to accomplish both tasks as part of their projects. The roof and gutters were both replaced as specified within the time set out in the estimate. The job was completed three weeks ago, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Mr. Chmar is not a salesman; he knows his craft and stands behind his work. During the initial phases of the project, we were expecting more communication between us and Mr. Chmar's team; as a result, Mr. Chmar called to give us updates on the work and what was to be expected. Due to the extreme heat, the roofing work was understandably extended longer due to the safety of his team. Mr. Chmar emailed pictures of the final product and indicated he wasn't satisfied with the turnout and would send his team back to make corrections. As a result of his honesty and integrity, we selected Mr. Chmar (HomeLife Remodeling) to install all of our windows

Be prepared for a hard sell. Do not be fooled, the salesman and Service Magic will tell you Homelife have been in business since the late 1990�s but they just went in business in 2009. As far as most home improvement companies only stay business less then four years, the lifetime warranty is questionable . As the salesman said � isn�t this the kind of company you want to do business with over and over for 2 hours� yeah sure. In business over a decade, no subcontractors, no complaints, GAF roofing certified employees, ect.. After a couple scheduling mix-ups my roof was done. Oh, they do not use subcontractors, The BBB only lists 1 employee. The crew ,one of which spoke English, was skilled and they did do an excellent job. But I could have had this done $600.00 cheaper with the same materials but the other company was only in business three years I went with Homelife for the warranty. Check MHIC, BBB, and GAF also Google owner�s name. I didn�t.

Ed gave us an informative presentation which helped win us over. The guys arrived promptly, did a good job and cleaned up well. They finished the job in the time promised and we were happy with their work. We love our new roof!

Excellent work. The crew arrived early and on schedule. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the job and everything was spic and span. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their performance. The roof looks great. I also had new gutters and down spouts installed. Again this crew was up to the task. They did a fine job. Everything went well. I had no problems at all.

Ed Chmar was very responsive to all questions. The new roof was installed on schedule about a month ago and it has weathered several severe winter storms with no problems.
