Granite Garage Floors - Baltimore

I recently embarked on a garage makeover - this included re-organizing by adding a ceiling rack, installing new, more functional bike racks on the wall and multiple wall rail systems. BUT... the garage would not have been complete without removing my previous DIY garage floor project with Granite Garage Floors' professional installation. The service before, during and after the job was first class. During the job, the team was extremely thorough, first in removing the previous work and throughout the project. They (in a socially distanced manner) provided an overview of the work they completed and what needed to be completed the next day. I was especially appreciative of the detail of their work. I highly recommend using their service.

Perfection! The entire process from initial contact to final coat was seamless. Keith responded to my initial inquiry within hours. We picked a convenient time for him to visit and discuss with us exactly what the proposed project would entail. We wanted our old garage, and a small patio floor, resurfaced. Keiths quote came a day later and we set a time and date (our choosing) for the process. On the appointed day the Granite Garage Floors crew arrived and went to work. Nothing but professionalism here as well. They were courteous, and eager to explain the process, answer our questions. They returned the next day to apply a final coat and removed all excess materials and refuge. Our floors look fantastic. Kudos to Granite Garage Floors.

Granite garage floors is a highly customer service oriented company. They installed an epoxy floor on my 1200 sqft Garage and workshop. The whole process from the initial contact, through their on-site visit, the quote and the installation was highly professional. Everyone was on time and the scheduling of the job was quick easy and flexible. I ended up with a 40+ mil beautiful epoxy floor at a highly competitive price. I would recommend them to my best friends and family and would use them again in the future.

So it's been 3 months since Granite Garage Floors - Baltimore came out and resurfaced our garage floor (20 x 20 = 400 sq ft) . I.LOVE.OUR.GARAGE.FLOOR!!! Their professional service was top notch in every way. Great communication and the job was complete in 2 x consecutive days. The floor looks fabulous. So glad we did this and feel THIS IS THE WAY TO GO in sealing garage floors for a permanent seal, texture, exquisite look and lifetime guarantee! It was late June when this was done and HOT. It took about 2 weeks for the off gassing to finally stop. If I kept the garage door down, the gases would build up, but after I left it up about 5 inches during the day, after a few days, the smell was gone. I would ABSOLUTELY DO IT AGAIN. If I did the basement, I'd wait until warm weather with open windows or doors and fans to promote the dissipation of the off gassing - but I would definitely do this in a basement, front porch, driveway, patio, or many indoor or outdoor locations. Easy to clean, too! 400 sq ft @ $2,500 = $6.25 per sq foot I feel it's an expensive floor finish, but worth every penny and I believe will last decades!!!

This was something our neighbor had done and it always looks great in his garage. We had it done and it looks absolutely fantastic! I think Granite did a super job. Please do note just so others don't have the sticker shock we had that it is expensive - but the results are really nice.

Keith and his team did a great job. He responded immediately for my request for a rough-order-of-magnitude estimate, and the final quote ended up being very close to that initial ROM. We scheduled the service for about a month later, and Keith checked in with me a few times to make sure the space was clear for his crew. Over a two-day period the crew did grinding of the concrete and application of the base and top coats of epoxy. He gave me very specific and through care and use instructions and provided some cleaner that was safe to use on the floor. The work turned out extremely well - it looks great and seems as though it will be very durable for years to come. I appreciated Keith's punctuality, the quality of work and the professional nature in which he and his team do business

It was great! We had concerns because our garage floor had lots of cracks and was in poor shape. It's been almost a year, been through the winter, and it still looks perfect. Everything from estimate to installation was smooth and on time.
