Great. Randy and his crew are extremely professional & competent. Identified the problems, and corrected over several visits. Included a leak in the well line and and upgrading the well head. The crew members are all good, solid people, and did a great job. Easy to work with, I highly recommend.

The Galllup people were very nice and helpful. I had recently moved into a home with a water softener that was quite old. Gallup checked the condition of the unit and explained how it worked. They performed an annual service on the neutralizer.

Those guys are great.

Two men arrived on the day that I called for help. They immediately saw where the leak was coming from. Found the valve that had been damaged, removed it and showed it to me, and then replaced it with a new stainless steel valve (old one had corroded from well water and it was not stainless). I have done work with plumbers replacing parts and I felt that by comparison the price was very reasonable.

I called Mr. Gallup and it was a late Saturday afternoon, hot summer time and he came. He said "I see that you valve is stuck". So he put some instruments down there and fixed it and that brought the water back and he charged about 30 dollars.

The gentleman called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived on time as scheduled. He examined the problem, determined that the cause was with a nylon pipe connector, and not the water pump itself as I had feared. He explained what he needed to do to replace the part and why the original part failed. He did the work quickly and neatly, and the final amount was very close to the original estimate. The lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was also pleasant, helpful and professional. While I would not consider the price a bargain, it was reasonable and in line with other companies I had spoken to, and the job appeared well done. I would use this company again.

Excellent. We have used this company for our well servicing. They are professional and knowledgeable. Randy, Steve, and Dennis all provided services - as well as a couple of other guys whose names I do not know. They were all respectful of our home. I can highly recommend them.

Excellent. The technician came out within 2 hours of my call. He inspected the system components in the basement and determined the pump we good, but there is simply a water leak on my property. He helped locate it and advised me what to do, since it's out of the scope of his services. He explained the system to me and addressed questions. He didn't charge me for the service call, even though I was more than happy to pay for his time and advice. I really appreciated everything about this experience and will be more than happy to hire them in the future for my well and water conditioner service.

They did a great job. They called back the same day I called them. They were out to my house that same day and the work was completed 3 days later. The quality of their work was good as well. The owner even called me to check up on the work afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to others.

He is fixing the outside lines that connect to the water pump. Excess iron perforates the pipes and causes the leaks with a well system, and that is what happened. The lines on a well system are different from the city water that the municipality provides. They have to do a lot of digging outside. They are very competitively priced. I am really impressed by the way they price. They also keep us very-informed about when they can come out and when they are going to do the work. They keep their promises to their estimates. The cost of the service will probably end up around $1500.00. The owner is a very honest person and is very easy to deal with. He is someone I would highly recommend for any well problem, in particular well or pump problem. They are more involved with that than inside plumbing. Their specialties are wells and pipes. I have dealt with him before and I have been very satisfied with his work.

WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED THE NEXT DAY AFTER CALLING. DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR WERE BEGUN IMMEDIATELY. THE NEW PRESSURE TANK HAS A LARGER CAPACITY ALLOWING AN INCREASE IN WATER PRESSURE FROM 20-40 LBS TO 40-60 LBS, SHORTENING DISHWASHER AND LAUNDRY TIME.

THE SERVICEMEN ARE PROMPT AND RELIABLE. THEY MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM ON A YEARLY BASIS WITH THE NECESSARY CHEMICALS. THEY WILL ALSO DELIVER SALT IF NEEDED.
