+ -1 moreI called her to be a realtor for my home. I explained to her what I wanted to be done. She stated that she had someone to complete the work. I called the provider that she recommended and he came out took my money and has not completed any of the work. I have called her to explain this to her she was to call him and call me back and she has never called me back. I have called her several times with no response.

+ -1 moreWe didn't find a home we wanted to buy quickly enough (a couple months), she shuffled us to a different agent. This is when she was at Zip Realty, not sure where she is now.
Description of Work: Acted as buyer's agent to view residential properties for sale.

+ -1 moreDebbie is the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. She will be my real estate agent as long as she is in the business! I will recommend her to all family, friends, and complete strangers. She recently became the agent for a close family member and successfully navigated her throughout the first time home buying experience. She even has a great team to complete the entire purchase process.
Description of Work: Debbie was our real estate agent on purchasing an investment property. Debbie and the wonderful tools available through Zip Realty always kept us updated on the latest homes available. Debbie took us to several showings throughout the Baltimore area. She is a detail oriented agent who is very responsive.
